Does Eating Birthday Cake Make You Age Faster?
A challenging diet
We cut cakes to celebrate all kinds of special occasions, not just birthdays, weddings, and Christmas. That cake has a lot of sugar.
Sweet(sugar) is generally everyone's favorite. Some of the happiest and grandest events in our lives are celebrated with sugar—the tongue-tingling ingredient that's also in everything from bread and cookies to ketchup and sport drinks.
Sugar goes to our body more through processed foods, sweets, fruit juices and carbonated drinks.
Sugar isn't just bad for your teeth. Sugar consumption may also contribute to heart disease, obesity, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure, all of which can lead to chronic health problems and even death.
Do you know what happens if you don't add sugar to your diet for 30 days?
Do you know what happens if the sugar that goes to the body does not go to the body for a month?
If you stop eating sugar
Heart health - Your heart is protected from various dangerous attacks. Blood pressure is at least prevented when insulin is not overstimulated. This prevents heart rate from increasing many times over. This makes the heart many times stronger.
Glowing your skin - Sweets eaten by teenagers are the number one enemy of the skin. Clear skin that is free of acne and oiliness is revealed. Puberty is prevented.
Mental health - People who eat a lot of sugar often experience depression and anxiety. But for those of you who don't eat sugar, the improvement in your mental state will make you happy.
Memory power - Memory will increase. This is because too much sugar has the potential to disrupt the communication chain that goes to the brain. This often causes memory loss. Your brain cells get stronger when you cut back on sugar. The nervous system is healthy.
Slim body - If you don't eat sugar for 4-5 months continuously, you will lose up to 4 kg. That's because the sugar you eat accounts for 200 more calories a day. This leads to weight gain.
By avoiding eating sugars, you can get a beautiful appearance and clear mental health. It somehow helps to enhance our beauty.
30 days No - sugar challenge:
People who participate in a 30-day no sugar challenge are encouraged to limit foods and beverages high in added sugars, such as:
• Sweeteners: table sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, agave, coconut sugar
• Sweetened beverages: soda, sweetened smoothies and juices, sweetened coffee drinks, sports drinks
• Condiments with added sugar: ketchup, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, coffee creamer
• Sweetened dairy products: flavored yogurt, ice cream, chocolate milk
• Sugary baked goods: cookies, cakes, donuts, bread with added sugar
• Sugary breakfast foods: sugar-sweetened cereals, bars, granola, flavored oatmeal
Better relationship with sugar consumption
Remember that you can create your own challenge that focuses on reducing, rather than completely eliminating, added sugar.
This may be a better option for people who already consume a lot of added sugar.
For example, if you currently drink four cans of soda per day, try cutting back by one can every week for one month. This can assist you in gradually reducing your added sugar consumption in a realistic manner.
Participants in 30 days no sugar challenges are encouraged to eat whole nutrient dense foods such as vegetables(broccoli, carrot, spinach,..) , fruits(apples, oranges, berries, grapes,..) and unsweetend coffee and tea.
Finally, remember that your primary concern should always be your long-term health.
