Man's life is the name of constant struggle. Human beings need material resources to fulfill the responsibilities assigned in their routine life. Being member of a family people have to provide basic necessities of life, food, clothing, housing, education and treatment for his family. The facilities are necessary that every member of the family can grow with dignity, achieve his place in the society, fulfill his social responsibilities. In order to provide material resources, a person has to plan for career and professional adjustment in different fields, including, Job, takes up business so that his economic activities can result in material resources that can meet the needs of him and his family. On the basis of this career, he gets respect and position in the society and because of this he fulfills his desires. Providing food, clothing, shelter, education and medical resources for yourself and your children, siblings and other dependents is a responsibility that cannot be avoided in any way. In order to fulfill this responsibility properly, it is necessary to take up some profession or the other. This is the constitution of human society and this is the only way to succeed on which a respectable place can be achieved in the society.

Why career planning

Career planning is the most important step to succeed in life, it is a map that makes it easier for those who have completed their education and are eager to reach their goals for the future. Choosing a career to live one's life successfully means choosing a good career for oneself means that a person should adopt a livelihood that suits his health, abilities and inclination so that he can progress more in that particular profession, and he does not feel tired or tired by working, but gets satisfaction, satisfaction and happiness.

When to need career planning advice

It is said that there are three occasions in the life of any young person where he is in dire need of advice and guidance, by following which he can set his goals for the life to come. The researcher are of the opinion that someone need career advice when a child passes class 8 and goes to ninth grade, it is the first step when he is counselled in the best way and he should also be attracted to extra-curricular activities. After passing matriculation, there is a second stage at the time of admission to the college, in which he again needs your guidance that he should be counselled. When the third stage comes when he steps out of college for the university, he also needs a good and experienced, kind and kind teachers and seniors.

Factors in career planning

Interests: Ask yourself what you’re interested in. What are you passionate about? What excites you? More importantly, what can you picture doing all day, every day for years.

Skills: You'll probably think about things you're already good at. But when it comes to career planning, more of your skills may also include things you're not good at but are willing to spend time perfecting. The skills you currently have and the ones you want to work for you to deal with your career options.

Values: What you do is important, but so is where you do it. The decision to become an accountant is only part of career planning. He is not important to the show.

Every person finds one or a few things easier, he learns them sooner than others, understands their technical aspects quickly. Compared to other people, he gets this advantage because he is inclined towards that particular work or field. Some young people are so interested in electronic devices that they automatically become aware of its mysteries. In choosing a profession, you must keep your tendency in mind and accordingly choose a career from your priorities.
