We all have an aspiration to attain a certain goal or level. Yes, that’s true, at some point in our life, we do have that motivation and we work hard for it. Be it a dream college, job, or even a dream physique or any quality. Most often purely based on our hard work and a little bit of luck, we do achieve our goals with flying colors. What if we fail to do so?

According to recent studies, near about 20% of the people fail to achieve their dream goal in spite of putting in their full efforts. This happens mostly to students after passing their 12th standard and they shatter and lose all hopes. But, the saddest thing is that they stop working hard after that!

Only some of them take it as a lesson and as just one of the many obstacles in their path to success. They set the new goal for their future, and continue to work even harder. This is really a very rare exception to what people usually do. On the contrary, I have seen students cruising their luck and present state every time they face the slightest of the difficulties. They compare their present institutions with their dream one and curse it every time they have to go through any hardships. Let me throw some light in an already known fact, “More than 72 million children of primary education age are not in school and 759 million adults are illiterate and do not have the awareness necessary to improve both their living conditions and those of their children”. I am pretty sure we all have at least some idea of this global crisis and definitely going to put up these facts in social media status and stories whenever that trend comes. Even though they themselves are cursing their state and educational institutions while comparing them with their dream ones, this is the level of hypocrisy. I m not pointing this to everyone, but most of the students are like this. They fail to realize the fact that we are very fortunate to get to this stage and can always make the best out of it. I know its easier said than done, true that. But, that’s where your hard work comes into play. After making it to this level, losing hope and cursing your fate won’t bring or make anything happen!

In this era of globalization and high-speed internet connectivity, all those cursings are just mere excuses. At a time when we can connect to professors, researchers, and even students from various institutions across the globe, we need not worry about anything. We have platforms like Coursera, Edx, even youtube, and many more, giving free and accessible quality educations from the best teachers around the globe. Also, let me clear a fact here, there’s no ideal institution having all the best quality teachers with whom your patterns of learning matches. Yes, that’s true, you will never get 100% satisfaction from any institution you go to.

Taking all these things aside because they are actually secondary in your career building. The one and only fact which I won’t deny is that the “environment” and peers the students get in those top institutes. That is the only thing that shapes them differently and always motivate them to acquire higher skill sets and stand above the rest. This fact cannot be denied, that it’s the exposure of that peer environment that really shapes a student. Again, if there’s no solution, there’s no problem! The best way to keep yourself updated and motivated is to, keep in terms with the students or even professors or their senior students from the top class institutions you want to go along with. And trust me on this part, you all will be always highly welcomed. The only thing you will have to do is to look for a responsible and helping friend or even senior or professor of your field of interest from your aspired college, and always discuss and be in touch with them. Be it ideas, your progress, their suggestions, always be updated. It might be difficult to break the ice initially, but once you go along with it, you will highly be benefited from this plan and always be motivated. There will be no stopping for your success and achieving your goals. So, take it a pledge to stop cursing your present situation and start looking for solutions. This was just one aspect that I discussed, the crux is that, if you have an optimistic attitude towards your life, you can surpass any difficulties that come in your way.
