The world's smallest dog is actually smaller than a popsicle stick.

The world's smallest dog is actually smaller than a popsicle stick. The smallest dog breed recognized by the Guinness World Records is the Chihuahua. The smallest Chihuahua ever recorded was named Milly and she measured only 9.65 cm (3.8 inches) tall at the shoulder, which is smaller than a standard popsicle stick. Milly weighed only 567 grams (20 ounces), which is about the same weight as a can of soda. She lived in Puerto Rico with her owners, who said she was so small she could fit in a teaspoon

I am not sure where the current smallest dog in the world is located as the record for the world's smallest dog can change over time. However, as mentioned earlier, Miracle Milly, the smallest dog according to the Guinness World Records, was from Puerto Rico. It's worth noting that there may be smaller dogs that haven't been officially recorded, and many small dogs can be found all around the world.

TIn May last year, the Guinness World Records announced Zeus, a two-year-old American Great Dane, as the world’s tallest dog living (male). Zeus measures 3 feet 5.18 inches (1.046 metres) and lives with the Davis family in Bedford, a city in Texas, US. He was adopted by Brittany Davis when he was just eight weeks old.

Pearl’s owner Vanesa Semler recently introduced Pearl on the Lo Show Dei Record, an Italian TV show. While interacting with Gerry Scotti, Semler said, “We’re blessed to have her and to have this unique opportunity to break our own record and share with the world this amazing news.”
