Things Still Not Working On Vocal

Introduction

Before I launch into this, let me state that Vocal is the best digital publishing platform, bar none, in my opinion. The problem is that they do not seem to have enough people to run the company, and when they do communicate, they are excellent; since the upgrade, we have had to deal with, and are still dealing with, many issues.

So What Are The Problems?

This has been kicked off because I am not receiving Ambassador Payments. When I joined the Ambassador program, payments went into the wallet automatically, and then they stopped, and Vocal never fixed it. If they did fix it, it would save them from having to deal with people asking for Ambassador payments.

So I then raised tickets, and eventually the payment appeared in my wallet; not ideal, but it worked.

These were the first payments since the upgrade, and I sent an email to the people you can see below on July 3rd 2026, with two follow ups to include the latest one, and I have received no reply.

This is inexcusable,

Vocal has also removed the ability to raise a ticket.

Vocal is still dealing with ongoing issues, but they need to communicate with us.

They are awarding Top Stories daily and sending out emails about them, as well as Challenge results and The Leaderboard.

Although this seems to be set in stone now 😁

Conclusion

Vocal is the best digital publishing platform, but they need to communicate, be more open, and give people a channel to raise issues.

The Creator Chat was a great way of doing this, and most would love it if that was reinstated.
