Vocal Tips

Vocal let us tip writers for their work, from a dollar tpo twenty dollars. I have received a few ten dollar ones that I am incredibly grateful for, and I tip five Creators a dollar for entering my challenges at the end of each month.

Tips go straight to Stripe so you get the money relatively quickly if you are tipped.

I got three tips recently, worth $4 so they are really nice to have, except they haven't reached Stripe. The two next images are my Vocal wallet and my Stripe account. As you can see three tips in July, but no July transactions on my Stripe account.

The thing is our Stripe login and details are controlled by Vocal.

But since the update they require us to verify to reconnect the Stripe account to Vocal, but it is getting to the point where they are just making sure people can't connect to their Stripe account.

I sent five tips around the 4th of July. I don't think the people got them. So how many tips are Vocal sitting on?

They tell us to keep trying but it is now fourteen days singce the upgrade, and Vocal have said nothing.

Conclusion

This is just to let you know that unless the person you tipped is verified, they may not get the money you send them. Most of the time it is just a dollar, but it is our dollar, not Vocal's.
