Grimm Is Not Grim
Another Excellent Supernatural TV Series I Fell Into

Introduction
Another one that I have fallen into, and 14 episodes out of 123, I think I am in for the lot. It circles the same universes as Supernatural and Evil, with its monster or supernatural of the week.
There is some goriness, but I am finding the character interactions excellent, and that is what made Supernatural and Evil enjoyable for me. I recently started to watch "Welcome To Derry", but that just seemed to be horror for horror's sake.
So Grimm
Homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt of the Portland Police Department learns he descended from a line of guardians known as Grimms, charged with keeping balance between humanity and the Wesen, or mythological creatures of the world (Wesen is the German word for being or creature). Throughout the series, he must battle against an assortment of dangerous creatures with help from his Wesen friend, Monroe, and his partner, Detective Hank Griffin.
I took that from the Wiki page, and it gives you a grounding. I particularly love Monroe.
There are other Vocal stories on the series, but these are just my impressions.
I love how each episode is introduced by a line from a fairy tale (which may be from The Brothers Grimm), but it always gives you an idea of what is on the way.
Conclusion
Thank you for reading, and I know I will either have whetted your appetite or put you off completely.
