Rudy 2015

Last week, a disheveled Rudy Farias, aged 25, was discovered outside a church in Houston, Texas. On Wednesday, he had a meeting with the Houston police. His mother, Janie Santana, had reported him missing back in 2015 when he was 17. However, neighbors now claim that he was never actually missing. According to community activist Quanell X, Farias revealed that his mother had been subjecting him to years of drugging and sexual abuse.

Last week, a disheveled Rudy Farias was discovered outside a church in Houston, Texas. Janie Santana, his mother, expressed her relief, considering it a miracle that her previously missing son had been located.

The situation has now taken a strange and disturbing twist, as Farias has come forward with accusations against his own mother, claiming that she held him captive and subjected him to abusive acts. These acts allegedly included forcing him to engage in inappropriate behavior, such as role-playing as a father while being unclothed in bed, treating him as a slave, and administering hallucinogenic drugs.

Back in 2015, when Farias was 17 years old, his mother had reported him missing. However, neighbors have added to the confusion by stating that he was never actually missing and that they regularly saw him.

During the period when Farias was reported missing, his mother informed authorities that he suffered from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following the tragic motorcycle accident that claimed the life of his brother in 2011. Farias’ father, Houston police officer Rudolph Farias III, died by suicide in 2014. He was facing an internal affairs investigation at the time of his death. Neighbors confirm that Farias spoke about these incidents.

According to reports, Farias allegedly stated that last week because he had taken his mother’s car in an attempt to escape from her, but ended up getting into a car accident. On June 29, an unresponsive man was discovered slumped outside a church after someone called the police.

Law enforcement officers were able to identify Farias through a necklace he was wearing, which had belonged to his deceased brother. They contacted his mother to inform her that her son had been found after a lengthy period of eight years. The exact timeframe of when Farias ran away before appearing outside the church on June 29 remains unclear. However, he was found in possession of his mother’s credit card, which had been issued two years prior. Allegedly, Farias’ mother had kept him hidden and convinced him that he needed to remain in hiding because the police were searching for him to arrest him.

Rudy’s mother

Furthermore, it is reported that Farias’ mother would take him to her workplace at a security company and make him wait for her until she finished her shift. Despite these circumstances, neighbors claim that Farias was never actually missing. Kisha Ross, a resident of the same street as Farias’ mother, mentioned that she had never heard any reports about Rudy being missing, despite having a friendly relationship with his family. Broderick Conley, who is Ross’s cousin, also stated that he used to spend time with Farias on a regular basis, sharing laughter and good moments.

Adding to the peculiar nature of the case, Houston authorities have disclosed that in 2018, a “family member” had contacted the police to report that Farias had been staying behind their residence. However, when officers arrived at the scene, they did not find Farias.
