"Toni Cipriani picked up on a few radio transmissions about the hulking behemoth who allegedly ventured outside the city after receiving multiple reports on his police radio receiver. The street-racing mobster had a feeling that police officer L.Kennedy would be hot on the trail of the hulking behemoth. However, L.Kennedy, a police officer, would be far enough away from the trail of the street-racing mobsters. Potential encounters with enemies similar to and of the magnitude of this beast had never been seen before, and with its arrival, Toni Cipriani had more than enough time to plan for their next inevitable encounter."

Toni Cipriani devised a theory in which Mr. Osborn could put an end to the terrors plaguing New York City while still at the forefront of an aggressive manhunt. It would eventually bring an end to the street-racing mobster and his unfortunate adventures. Random vigilantism, destruction of parts of the city, and the deaths of police officers linked to the mafia have become the norm in New York City in recent months. Toni Cipriani reviewed the requirements for infiltrating the Green Tangerine Industries ahead of time. The blueprints were obtained by cashing in on some "once in a lifetime favors" from important people who had previously owed the street-racing mobster.

These plans became Toni Cipriani's next focus once the calls from these favors were made and finalized. Toni Cipriani yearned for a way out because of the bounty on his head and his desire to be free of the mob's lifestyle and street ties. If the Green Tangerine Industries' infiltration mission was successful, freedom could only be obtained at the cost of Toni Cipriani's own genetic reconstruction. Toni Cipriani faced a new challenge during his plot to infiltrate Green Tangerine Industries. The New York Yakuza, led by Waka Gashira, began to make their presence known in the Big Apple.

This leader possessed unrivaled swordsmanship and was able to conquer much of the rival gang's territory. Toni Cipriani collaborated with corrupt politicians prior to Salvator's release from prison. These corrupt politicians linked Toni Cipriani to Waka Gashira's wife, who plotted the demise of the New York Yakuza. There had been a subtle aura over the entire plot when Waka Gashira's wife first sought out and contacted the street racing mobster. In the end, there could be no link between the New York Yakuza's wife and the street-racing mobster.

Using the Waka Gashira wife's penthouse in secret to discuss future plans became a regular occurrence in order to prevent the New York Yakuza clan from expanding. Toni Cipriani was exhausted after planning an infiltration, an all-out gang war, and dealing with mob duties over the next few days. Toni Cipriani knew his new job as a street-racing mobster would once again change the face of New York City. Toni Cipriani was tasked with driving a rigged minivan into the tunnels and detonating explosives that connected all of New York City's underground system. Salvator Cipriani, Toni Cipriani's boss, wanted blood for his imprisonment, and completing this explosive plan would see it through.

The hardest part for the street-racing mobster was not killing off the remaining rival gangs. It was knowing that innocent lives would be taken once more in the name of "the family." The street-racing mobster found it easier to flee the scene this time. Toni Cipriani's arsenal now includes armored matted sports vehicles and bulletproof disguises when facing law enforcement.
