Years after her death, new details indicate that Marilyn Monroe may have been the victim of foul play. Why would someone with so much to live for commit suicide? Why did she try to contact her masseur, Ralph Roberts? Was Marilyn murdered, or did she indeed take her own life as reported? Was there a cover-up in Monroe's death? What role did her relationship with Bobby Kennedy play in her demise? Was she seen as a liability that needed to be eliminated? Was Marilyn Monroe really that mentally unstable that she would end her own life? Why were there no traces of drugs found in her system? Why are there so many conflicting stories surrounding her death from both the police and those who knew Marilyn?

There are several possibilities that must be considered in this case. Could she have been killed because of her association with Kennedy? If news of their affair had surfaced, it could have severely damaged his political career. Could someone have targeted her because they were aware of the relationship, perhaps the Cuban Mafia? After all, it is rumored that Kennedy initiated a contract to have Fidel Castro assassinated. Scandal and revenge are strong motives for murder. Marilyn may have been a pawn in a revenge plot or an unfortunate victim of love and lust in the political arena.

Marilyn confided in her friends about fearing for her life. She believed she was being monitored, and her home was possibly bugged. It seems that Bobby Kennedy enjoyed engaging in pillow talk before and after their sexual encounters. Marilyn possessed knowledge that she was not supposed to have. Close friends claim to have seen a diary that contained their conversations. However, this diary mysteriously disappeared after Marilyn's death. Robert Slatzer, a close friend of Marilyn Monroe, recalls an entry in the diary about the contract to assassinate Fidel Castro.

Oh, what a complicated situation Marilyn and Bobby had created. Marilyn possessed information that could have led to her demise. She frequently threatened to expose everything she knew, which would have devastated the Kennedy brothers. There are unsettling facts surrounding Monroe's supposed suicide that have made authorities and researchers question whether it was indeed suicide or a homicide.

Marilyn never left a suicide note. She took numerous pills without any water. There was no running water in the nearby bathroom. It took her maid and doctor four hours after discovering her body to call the police. The autopsy revealed no traces of drugs in her stomach or digestive system. No toxicology tests were conducted on her organs. A fresh bruise was found on her back. The discolored large intestine indicated that the drugs were administered there instead of being swallowed.

The death of Marilyn Monroe will forever remain a mystery, as the government has sealed her file. Most of the evidence and individuals involved in the case have passed away. Perhaps one day, if new evidence is discovered pertaining to her death, we might finally uncover the truth of what occurred on that fateful night in August 1962.
