Regarding her pregnancy, she is lying to everyone—she is lying to her spouse, her children, and the town. She will do the unthinkable in order to hide her deception now that she has met pregnant dog breeder Bobbie Jo. Lisa Montgomery, posing as Darlene Fisher, is corresponding with Bobbie Jo via the internet. A dog enthusiast, someone who likes the kinds of dogs Bobbie Jo raises. Bobbie Jo goes on a date with Darlene Fisher, sometimes known as Lisa Montgomery, to see some pups. Lisa has a home birthing kit, a rope, and a knife in her car. Bobbie Jo, not knowing better, lets a monster in through the door in Skidmore, Missouri.

After giving the puppy a quick glance, Lisa Montgomery asks Bobbie Jo to bend down, open the cage, and get the dog. Taking out the rope, she wrapped it around the block and strangled the woman. Lisa is prepared to take Bobbie Jo's child away. Bobby Jo awoke, having just been knocked unconscious. She is fighting not just for her own survival but also for her child. Bobby Jo passes away violently. Her assassin will now attempt to perform a caesarean section on her child. Lisa Montgomery watched a video on performing a caesarean section as one of her activities. There is proof there that she made an effort to understand what she was going to do in order to ensure the child's survival.

The infant would have needed to be at the end of the eighth or beginning of the ninth month following the amateur caesarean section. The baby must be taken out of the womb, the airway must be opened, the breathing must be encouraged, and the umbilical cord must be cut. The mother of four knew exactly what to do. She has her child. It was a great blessing for this child to live. What looks like a crazy deed is actually the bloodied handiwork of a cunning killer. Only an insane person would cut a baby out of a pregnant woman's stomach and then leave her to die.

It would be rare for a young girl who experiences sexual abuse at the hands of her angry, inebriated father to grow up without experiencing some form of difficulties.

On death row, she is one of just three women. Lisa Montgomery needs to be put to death, in my opinion. The act of entering this young woman's home and removing the child was harsh. She is the one who deserves it, if anyone. Her goal was to hide her lies, not to have that baby. That was not the reason for it. The fact that the child was given back to its father is, if there's any silver lining to this story. That child is in ZEB Stinnett's arms tonight. That infant can be raised by him in Bobbie Jo's honour.
