Putting a stop to phone scammers

We've had enough of their harassment something needs to be done!

If you own a phone you've most likely had some sort of random caller call you only to find out that it's some sort of scam phone call. Some of these phone calls are automated and some of them even have real people trying to convince you to give them your personal information so they can steal from you.

First off I would have to say that the people that are organizing these type of scams are definitely sociopaths that have no remorse for anything that they're doing to people. It's kind of our fault as a society as we're raising people to become this way. You see a ton of videos on how to be successful and they all say the same thing. They're encouraging people to step on others in order to get ahead in life.

Still there are defenseless people out there. Not everyone is of the same mental capacity at all times. We have elderly people, naive individuals and people that have mental issues. People that these scam artists take advantage of are usually people that already downtrodden and shouldn't be kicked while they're down. The government doesn't seem to have any countermeasures to defend these individuals that need protection.

It doesn't seem to be a priority for governments to eliminate these scam artists but when you look at the actual crime there are lots of reasons why it should be a priority. Scam artists are finding people's phone numbers and even collecting information on people without their knowledge. They're able to prevent authorities from tracing them. Some even use crypto currency that helps build an illegal black market. Don't these sound quite familiar?

They're issues that they should be finding a solution to because it would help them fight terrorism. We need to be able to trace people that are doing nefarious things to others because this time it could be one person but their syndicate can grow exponentially from each individual they scam. Not being able to track these individuals only makes scam artists feel safe from repercussions for their crimes. That's why we're getting even more calls now than ever.

One of the worse things that these people do is exploit people when they're at their lowest. They're building upon people's fears and capitalizing on it. At least with organizations like insurance companies they're able to provide an actual service for their "scams". Telephone scams are straight up trying to get people to give them money for fear of something happening to them. This sounds like threats. I thought we're supposed to police people from threats from their livelihood?

We can't just dismiss these calls as if they're just another scam artist. They're very obtrusive in your daily life. You could be in a flow of doing things and that call just throws you off from whatever you do. They're interrupting with life's flow. I would say they're pretty much viruses that are getting worse because nothing is being done to them.

If there's anything that we can do to help combat these phone scammers I would love to help out. Please if you have any computer knowledge and you want me to let you know what the phone numbers are that call me I'll help you with your database.

It's actually scary that we have to go through communities to try to fight these scammers when the government should have something in place to combat this problem. I mean Google and Amazon have crazy amount of tech that spies on us and yet they have no way of figuring out how to stop these scam callers. It really boggles my mind.

It also scares me because as I said before these are the same precautions that we need to combat when it comes to terrorists and in 2020 we still don't have anything in place to combat this problem. Phones are vital to our livelihood especially since we have a new normal of quarantining ourselves.

Maybe this message will get to the right person but I highly doubt it because phone scammers have been getting worse and worse throughout the years. It's just extremely unfortunate that they prey on the unfortunate because these are the last people that need to be scammed.
