In the heart of India, a group of aspiring Sub Inspector (SI) police trainees embarked on a journey that would change their lives forever. The training, filled with challenges and unforgettable memories, forged bonds among the recruits. Fast forward to a year later one of police trainees is in a Turkish courtroom facing charges of violent robbery, murder, and the rape of multiple Turkish women, among other horrible acts. The trainee's connections to life were severed when he was found guilty and given the death penalty.

The key person involved in this case is SI Vikram, a dedicated and law-abiding officer who recently joined the Indraprastha state police department. Navigating the complex web of crime under his jurisdiction, Vikram quickly became known for his ability to solve enigmatic situations early on in his career.

However, Vikram's world is shattered when he stumbles upon a familiar face on international news, – a close friend from his police training days, sentenced to death for crimes in Austria. Grieving and disturbed, he takes a brief time off on the advice of his superiors.

Upon his return, Vikram is confronted with a chillingly similar case: another missing SI police trainee, with an eerie connection to his friend's mysterious demise. A lady came to his station to submit a missing report of her boyfriend who went missing a few months ago.

The missing man, according to the woman's statement, is a recently hired SI who recently completed his training six months ago. The missing man called his girlfriend and said he was specially selected for the Crime Branch (CB) division appreciating his excellent training record, and that he was called to the “Headquarters” to complete some paperwork, and he would return in two weeks.

After further questioning, the woman—the missing man's girlfriend—disclosed that both she and the missing man are orphans who met in the orphanage where they were raised. Vikram recalls that his companion, who was recently sentenced to death, was also an orphan as the questioning was taking place

The investigation leads Vikram to a disturbing pattern – the missing candidates were all SI police trainees and orphans with no apparent relationships and relatives and trainees had no connections or relationships with each other

Digging deeper, Vikram starts collecting records on recent Si trainees and their training discovers that there was no such record of any special selection on any of the records, but previous cases that were similar to this indicated a verbal confirmation was given to the candidates about their special selection.

Upon closer inspection of the case files and its details a few names of high ranking officers were frequently popping up specifically on the missing people’s records.

To unravel the conspiracy, Vikram sets up a covert operation to expose the truth. Bug in place, he overhears conversations detailing the officers' involvement in a nefarious scheme to protect international criminal organisations. Their offshore accounts, filled with black money, serve as a testament to their malevolent deeds.

Interrogating the corrupt officers, Vikram unveils a sinister plot exploiting orphaned SI police trainees for financial gain. The officers confess that they would randomly pick Si candidates who are orphans and select them in the name of special selection and ask them to come to Headquarters where they are hypnotised after which they are told to confess to crimes they didn't do when produced in court. The candidates are then transported to the country where the crime has taken place and surrender them to police who produce them in court, where the hypnotised candidates lifts the blame for the heinous crime that criminal gangs have done in that country. This often leads to hanging as these crimes are serious offences

With irrefutable evidence, Vikram brings the corrupt officers to justice in Indian court. Simultaneously, he alerts Interpol and international police, setting the stage for a global crackdown on the criminal organisations that had exploited the hypnotised SI candidates.
