Examples of such habits include procrastination, negative thinking, lack of self-care, poor time management, lack of communication, comparing oneself to others, not setting goals, living beyond one's means, not learning from mistakes, and not being grateful. These habits can be detrimental to one's overall quality of life and should be addressed and replaced with positive habits.
