Mankind cannot survive independently or along on the earth. Man can achieve success through collective effort rather than as Individuals. In mathematics we say One Plus One is equal to two. But when it comes to people, it is only partially true. Most of the times two people can carry out much greater tasks than the sum of the tasks they carryout individually. Everyday matter of life is linked with the collective efforts. Collective efforts band together the people for collaboration and coordination in their routine works to achieve efficiently.
We can succeed through joint efforts, not as individuals. In mathematics, we say that one plus one equals two. But when it comes to people, that's only partly true. In most cases, two people can perform much larger tasks than the number of tasks they perform individually. This is called a synergistic effect. For example, Canadian geese are migratory birds that fly in the shape of a "V". When each goose flaps with V shape formation of their flight "buoyancy" for the next bird.
"It is the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) that those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed." – Charles Darwin
The formation of an aerodynamic V-shape reduces the air weight (air resistance) that each bird experiences during flight, compared to other birds flying alone. This results in 71% more flight volume When a goat gets sick, injures or shoots, two geese come out of the formation and follow it to help and protect it. Then they come out with another cover or come to the herd. Everyone in the team does their part and benefits from each other.
This shows how collective effort played a very dominant and useful role in nature: during World War II, despite the deep mistrust and hostility between Soviet and Western democracies, the invasion of Nazi Germany created an immediate alliance between the USSR and Britain and the United States. Thus, the Allied victory over the Axis powers in World War II was an example of an unprecedented level of international cooperation and teamwork.
"Many ideas grow better when transplanted into another mind than the one where they sprang up." – Oliver Wendell Holmes
Another example of successful companionship is Disney Pixar, "Finding Nemo," about father-son clowns breaking up. At the end of the film, father and son are reunited, but minutes later Dory is caught on a large fishing net that brings hundreds of fish into the boat. As a small and learning teamwork technique to fend off such an attack, Nemo sneaks through a net pass to join Even and guide the fish in an escape attempt.
In a short time, hundreds of fish, which have swum frantically in each direction, begin to swim together. In school and college life some students want to be perfectionist, so they work as an individual. To achieve organizational and social goals they need to develop collaborations and coordination with other people with specialized tasks in overall processes.
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." – African Proverb
So when one can project the benefits collective efforts and team work in projects of a community. At first, I was very worried and reprimanded them for their shameful work. I soon realized that I wasn't perfect. I learn that it is good to be individually brilliant and have strong basic components; But if you can't work in a team and don't use the other's skills, you'll always perform below average because there will always be situations where you do poorly and someone else will do well.
