Ingredients

- Pasta: 500 grams (boiled brown spaghetti)

- Green bell pepper: 1 grain (small size / finely chopped)

- Mushrooms: a glass (cut into small cubes)

- Sweet pepper: half a teaspoon

- Salt: a pinch

- Vegetable oil: a tablespoon

- Water: 2 cups

- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp

- Basil: half a teaspoon

- Oregano: half a teaspoon

Method of preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion, and stir until wilted.

Add the garlic and meat, stir the ingredients well until the ingredients are homogeneous and leave the mixture on the fire until the meat is cooked.

Add green bell peppers and mushrooms, season with paprika, salt, oregano, and basil.

Stir the mixture well and simmer until the vegetables wilt, then add the tomatoes and stir for a minute.

Dissolve the tomato paste in water and pour the mixture into the saucepan, then bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 – 25 minutes.

Pour the pasta into a serving dish, garnish with sauce, and serve hot.

Add the pasta and mix well.

Serve hot, after adding basil and parsley.
