What do you say?

Since consciousness is the most important, is it possible that your and my understanding of truth should be completely reversed?

It was mentioned earlier that the ancients said that the ancients said: naughty ma, rupa, sat-chit- roomnanda. In just five words, I finished the process of living from name, phase to being, to consciousness, and letting happiness, love and peace live. The Heart Sutra has a short span of 260 words, which is also explained by "color, feeling, mind, mind, body and mind, and finally, the most important thing is consciousness."

Let me give you another example. I mentioned three states of consciousness in the process of falling asleep: awake, dreaming, and sleeping without dreams. It is generally believed that wakefulness is the main reason, followed by shallow sleep, dreaming and deep sleep without dreams. This kind of thinking also reflects the focus that you and I will naturally take for granted: first there is material (color), then there is human intelligence (or body and mind, human mind, will, that is, "action"), and then there is consciousness (knowledge).

This description, that is, from a materialistic point of view, is what you and I generally think of as our own experience. It never occurred to you that the order you thought, or what you thought was the main part, was actually reversed from the facts.

In fact, dreamless deep sleep (this is not even a state of state) is the most permanent part of us. It's available all the time. You just don't know right now.

If you think about it again, this is how your so-called day actually begins: from a dreamless deep sleep that seems to be nothing, suddenly something called body and mind comes out, and from this body and mind you begin to recognize all forms or matter. If you have a form, you will have a dream. With the emergence of more forms and more solid matter, there is the so-called sobriety in the world.

In the dream, the role of time-space is not completely solid, and the motivation of binary opposition is still seemingly non-existent and not fully mature. Well, in your dreams, sometimes you jump from one point in time to another, or suddenly from one space to another. In the dream, there is more or less the shadow of cause-effect. But the cause-effect is sometimes interrupted, making the dream illogical. Sometimes it can barely work, and the dream has a little plot.

However, when it comes to the material level, it completely falls into a time-space range. At this time, all phenomena must be fully in line with the role of causal karma. The role of binary opposition has been 100% established at this level.

Chuang Tzu said that he had dreamed of butterflies. How did he know that he was dreaming? only when he woke up did he know that he had just been dreaming. And after waking up, they will still fall asleep and dream.

But as mentioned earlier, the process is actually the other way around: whether you go from consciousness to dream, the dream is still conscious, but you don't know it. Then, there is a so-called "sobriety" extended from here, which makes you feel real.

You will generally think that the so-called "sober" state is real, which is, of course, material-based. Think that there is material, and then, there is your body and mind. At this level, matter and body and mind look solid, and your thoughts and consciousness seem to be less important, even as by-products attached to matter and body and mind. This is the materialistic point of view.

However, the knowledge-only point of view is just the opposite. The most constant and important part is actually consciousness. It extends a kind of motivation (will / mind / action) from consciousness, and then extends further into body, mind and matter.

The order of master and subordinate is completely reversed from what you thought in the past. However, as long as you are willing to put aside your original ideas and observe calmly, you will be verified sooner or later. You will find that the truth is upside down, and this inverted truth is true.

From another point of view, it can also be said that consciousness is always there. Your most comfortable, most resting, most fundamental state, that is, this purest consciousness is at work. As long as you rely on it, you can get a "rest" at any time.

Indeed, every night you will have the deepest sleep without a dream, and then you will have a dream, and then you will have the so-called sobriety. This is something that everyone of us can experience. This cycle happens every day. It's just that you ignored the most resting state in the past and had to regard the so-called "sobriety" as real.

In fact, reincarnation is only like this at best, but the rest is longer and longer.

Generally speaking, when you talk about reincarnation, you will think that it starts with the body and mind of this life, then ages, dies, and enters a long rest, while there is something called the soul that needs to be reincarnated in the gap of rest to find an individual to reincarnate and start all over again in order to return to the body and mind.

In fact, all these are still material-based concepts. Including ordinary people's discussion of reincarnation and starting all over again, in fact, it is also strengthening the concept of material orientation.

However, the truth is just the opposite.

You are conscious, and you are conscious. You were conscious before you came. It is this consciousness that extends a big you, a big self, and at the same time through the big you, the big self, has the body and mind. From a materialistic point of view, you will regard the gap without body and mind as death. But as far as consciousness is concerned, nothing can die, let alone be born. At most, consciousness is just a projection from what he seems to have, back to himself, and back to himself again and again.

From a conscious point of view, there is no reincarnation.

In fact, nothing was born, nothing died, nothing happened.

Consciousness only goes back to himself, to the whole that has not been incomplete.

It's just that before you wake up, you regard the so-called sober, general attention as the most important state, and there is no way to focus your attention on the level of consciousness, so you can't verify this.

After all, you think from a material point of view, and you observe the world from a material point of view. In this way, the "have" or "no" of matter and form determines the scope of your observation, and nature makes you unable to see the only knowledge or consciousness mentioned here.

Only by turning the focus of attention upside down and knowing what you are talking about will it be taken for granted to you.

It is generally believed that there is reincarnation, is to stand on the matter to push down, as if there is no matter does not exist, and that we must return to matter.

However, only knowledge, only consciousness seems to return to himself after life and death, or just continue to rest. Stand in the consciousness, stand in the whole, or nothing happened. At most, he keeps whispering in your ear, trying to make you realize this.

You sleep and dream every night, that is, you have to experience some life and death every day, and return to consciousness again, but you don't know it. When you wake up, you will suddenly find that consciousness is taken for granted. And you can verify the truth every day.

From materialism to knowledge, in fact, it is just that every step is so upside down, it naturally makes sense.
