The body's mind

In the process of awakening, the most interesting thing is that one will find that it is because the consciousness is left in the world at any time that there is cause and effect.

Most people will think that it is the combination of cause and effect that forms the universe, establishes the world, and establishes our lives. Therefore, the cause-effect is of course self-evident.

However, as long as one's consciousness changes completely, from the individual to the whole, one will suddenly find that even the cause and effect is the product of the mind.

It is because we admit and constantly affirm that this moment is real, that there is a method called causality, and that there is a thing called cause-effect.

No matter how smart we are, we can't figure it out from the theory of the world. Only through comprehension can we understand.

Understanding is to jump out of our logical structure.

Any human understanding still falls in a closed system-working in our minds, thinking that a solution can be found.

In addition, it is an incredible phenomenon that one suddenly finds that everything we have experienced in the past is just a constant order of importance according to our own importance.

In fact, everything is equal.

Any experience, no matter how attractive, makes us more moved, annoyed, and heartache. At best, it is just a message, magnified by electronic signals and emotions. And the increased proportion of emotions only reflects the constraints imposed on us by karma.

The most incredible thing is that we will feel that this is good, that is bad, some are big and some are small. At most, these arrangements only consider the impact of past conditions or states on us, and they also stand on a virtual basis and make a virtual ranking.

What is more difficult to understand is that even simple perception, such as seeing a tree, a flower, a person, a house, a chair, even without a layer of explanation, comparison, separation or explanation, we have entered cause-effect. It is through our cause-effect that we have all kinds of knowledge of the world.

In other words, cause-effect and our perception of reality are mutually reinforcing. Cause-effect itself strengthens our grasp of the world, and in turn, how we perceive and capture reality also strengthens cause-effect.

There is no way for most of us to distinguish the interaction between the two. It happened so fast that it didn't even have time to tell the difference between the two, and there was no ability to distinguish it.

As long as we take any human experience as a thing, or think it is true, it is tantamount to adding oil to the already burning fire, bringing more sustained power, strengthening its restriction, continuing the role of cause-effect, and allowing it to unfold. constantly expand its effectiveness, or at least extend itself.

To be more transparent, take the cognition of a chair mentioned earlier as an example.

When we see that the chair itself already contains the constraints we have brought in the past, we will naturally put the characteristics of this chair-tall, short, large and small, whether the material is wood or leather, whether there is anyone sitting on it, whether this chair has anything to do with me, whether it was sat on yesterday, or to use it later. With a series of related conditions, all of them are the products of memory, which can also be called the past, unconsciously brought up from the mind. In this way, one thought after another, like running water, unstoppable, unstoppable.

Just one chair, can flow out so many thoughts, emotions, memories.

However, we are completely unaware of these events and take them for granted. We even feel that without this series of continuity, we may not be able to live, and we may not be able to build experience, let alone a life.

Going back to the order of these experiences, we will find that through separation, through memory, no matter how to explain what is in front of us and describe a trait, it is at best an illusion and just a series of thoughts. To be more thorough, it is only electronic signals or messages, projected by the mind.

Standing as a whole, it's all fictional. But standing on the individual, we will naturally build a set of relative importance from it.

Knowing these, one will suddenly find that the experience of life is all equal. Everything is equal.

Everyone, every life, is equal.

Since everything in this world is projected from the mind. To separate them, no matter how serious they are, is nothing more than arranging a false important order in a dream.

That's why I used to say that the best way for a person to practice is not to make any judgment-- not to judge whether it is good or bad, whether they like it, whether they look forward to it, whether they are disappointed, whether they are right or wrong.

To let this world go and let it exist is in itself the highest way.

It combines the method with the result. The result obtained through this method is, at best, to repeat the method itself. In other words, if a person is "repaired", he will naturally have no opinion about everything, no expectation of anything, let alone evaluation.

By combining the awakening methods with the results, one will naturally embark on the road of awakening.

In addition, I would like to further remind you that even if a person achieves this sense of equality, he still has to participate in it all the way to the end. Through the sense of equality, one naturally finds that all thoughts of consciousness disappear, but there are still occasional ups and downs, and there are things that one knows, may know, and will know. At this time, you should easily remind yourself--

To who? there's this thing in front of you.

Or who knows what's in front of him?

Who knows anything? who is it?

At this point, the answer can only be me.

So, who am I?

In this way, we will participate all the way to the end. You don't have to worry about the bottom where it is. In this way, a person wakes up unconsciously.

I know what you're talking about here will surprise you and think-- how is that possible?

So, at best, I can only repeat it-don't believe anything I say, it's up to you to experience it.
