1. Morphe

Now Morphe didn't used to be cruelty free, but now they are. Morphe isn't a classified drugstore brand; however it is a cheap, yet high quality and pigmented brand. They make collaborations with other rising artists—for example, Jaclyn Hill X Morphe and James Charles X Morphe. Both are affordable and pigmented.

2. BH Cosmetics

Beautiful colors and neutrals, great prices, and also does collaborations with rising artists. BH cosmetics has everything you need to finish your look at low prices, as low as $7. It comes in a cute "BH" pink bubble wrap bag. Highly recommended for beginning artists.

3. Kat Von D

Kat Von D is a higher up brand and more expensive than the first two brands, but is still not outrageously priced. Kat Von D is a tattoo artist who morphed into this makeup brand that is an outlet for beginners as well as professionals. Highly pigmented.

4. Anastasia Beverly Hills

Not a drugstore makeup brand, but still not highly expensive like most brands. ABH is mostly known for brow products. They are highly popular and very pigmented and easy to use.

5. Too Faced

Too Faced price ranges from $20 to $144, from singular products to bundles, but are very worth it. Highly pigmented, and cute shades. Too Faced is known for their cute packaging and their scented makeup. Their chocolate bar eyeshadow palette looks and smells like chocolate! And it is sold at $49.

6. Urban Decay

Now Urban Decay is not cheap, but it is worth it. Their pigmented eyeshadow palettes range from $29 to $65. They are widely known for their "naked" eyeshadow palettes. Great quality, and cruelty free as all the other brands mentioned.

7. ColourPop

ColourPop is a revolution, seriously. If you were to only pick one brand to buy from this article, ColourPop is the way to go. They are so cheap, and yet so pigmented and a great brand all around. This brand proves you don't need a $1,000 eyeshadow palette to feel pretty.

8. Wet n' Wild

This brand is a godsend. Literally heaven. It's a drugstore brand but has high quality products. Foundations are medium to full coverage, and buildable. Their highlighters are BLINDING. You are definitely getting a bang for your buck, and next to ColourPop this is also a must.

9. Jeffree Star Cosmetics

Okay now I understand there are a lot of differences when it comes to Jeffree Star himself, but this isn't about him. It's about his brand. His brand is definitely not cheap, but geez is it worth it. His colors and pigments are out of this world. If you are a colorful kind of artist, I highly recommend his brand. It won't disappoint you.

10. Milani

Milani is a drugstore brand that you can find at Target, Walmart, etc. Great blushes, and great highlighters. The bronzer is great, and the foundation is good. It could have more shades but good nonetheless.
