It’s Christmas time and for many the season will not be complete without viewing Hie the Grinch Stole Christmas. Theodore Geisel AKA Dr. Suess and his wife never had children but what a legacy he left for generations of children of all ages around the world. During the holiday season is when his work is really showcased because of his book How the Grinch Stole Christmas. There have been at least two movies made about this tale but for millions, there will only be one Grinch, This would be the animated 30 minuted 1966 program where Boris Karloff narrates. The rhyme scheme is amazing and so many adults can still follow along with the nonsensical words. There are also two songs that are basically nonsense and for decades there has been debate about the lyrics.

It's time for our most beloved reality tv show: The Battle of Who is More Delusional Between the Celebrities. If it's not Kim Kardashian, it is the other Libra who is out of touch with reality, our favorite New Yorker: Cardi B. I wonder how much money she pays to stay in her delusional, out of touch, reality that she now lives in since she made it big. Both these Libras need a personal cultural advisor, hire me. You can buy the purse, just don't advertise it when there is a pan demic and millions of Americans are losing their homes. Boom, that wasn't hard, now cut my check.
Blink-182
When the fuck did Blink-182 become relevant again? Are we just going to ignore millions of U.S. citizens edgy punk phases in middle school in the 2000's because Travis Barker is being featured on every new Pop-Punk band's album? I didn't put half a pound of hair gel in my hair every day before school in sixth grade to wind up in my 20's and realize I was just a hipster and liked Blink before it was cool.
If the World was Ending cover Shannon King
LYRICS Lyrics I was distracted And in traffic I didn't feel it When the earthquake happened But it really got me thinkin'
Shannon KingPublished 3 years ago in BeatWe Wish You A Merry Christmas Fun Facts
We wish you a Merry Christmas: "We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" is one of the most popular holiday songs. The greetings "Merry Christmas" and "Happy New Year" are given verbally in real time as well as in reel time. It used to be that store clerks would shout this out as shoppers entered and left various establishments. These phrases can also be found on cards, signs, posters, and decorations during this time of year. The carol however, remains ambiguous as unlike most Christmas songs there is nothing known about it's origin. There are no details regarding who wrote the lyrics and or penned the tune. This is why We Wish You A Merry Christmas remains obscure.

You probably knew from my previous stories that I was in choir from fourth grade until senior year and that I took voice lessons for about a year and a half. But I bet you didn't know that, a few days ago, I went on Instagram and signed up for The Voice. Yes, if you thought of The Voice as in on Live television and I could win money, then yes, that's the right one.
