One Music Video and I Was Gone. Top Story - July 2026.
I am not surprised that I got into collecting. I saw my dad amass comic books throughout my life, and my younger sister followed suit. My collecting went through different eras: books, Pokémon cards, and Beanie Babies. However, what dragged me through the rabbit hole of collecting was K-Pop (Korean pop music).

Out with a Bang
This school years marks my 40th and last year as the music educator at my school. My theme is "Out with a Bang." Part of my plan is to have students play an instrument as they're lining up. It could be crashing a cymbal, shaking a tambourine, banging one of many types of drums in my room, or playing any number of other percussion instruments available. "Out with a bang!"

TNK (Tomorrow Never Knows)
Introduction Although it doesn't contain my favourite Beatles songs, "Revolver" is my favourite Beatles album. I bought it first on cassette but now have a CD copy of it, and maybe I will pick it up on vinyl at some point. I bought it in Glasgow maybe ten years back.

The Leningrad Cowboys
Introduction The Leningrad Cowboys Biography Site Today I started writing a piece that was fairly self-destroying and I thought this will be dark and depressing, and to be honest, I prefer being upbeat and positive. It was my friend Trisha’s birthday and I shared a video with her, which, in my opinion, is one of the most uplifting, maddest and impressive three minutes that I have ever seen on YouTube and it is from a DVD that I have from a concert that took place on 12 June 1993 on Senate Square in Helsinki, Finland which was attended by my friend Krista.

Famous Women in Song. Top Story - July 2026.
I thought this would be easy. There are so many songs that mention women by name, right? The thing is, I wanted to find songs that weren't just a one and done proposition, especially if it takes minutes to get to the name. I wanted the woman to either be the topic or to at least have more than one mention. Some of these are skating that fine line, but since this is my piece, I get to choose!
