The time I saw the Goo Goo Dolls, Fast Ball, and Sugar Ray in concert
I remember seeing Sugar Ray and Fast Ball together on tour the time that they played the local fair ground. A friend of my mother' s was working backstage in catering I actually had seen members of Sugar ray getting off of the tour bus. Sugar Ray was touring in promotion of their last album along with Fast Ball who are considered one hit wonders but a hit none the less with their song "The Way" which is a song written about an article where the people in the song actually happened in real life for such a happy sounding song the story is truly dark.

MC Hammer : Rap and Hip Hop Royalty
MC Hammer was my gateway and initial exposure to the music of rap and Hip Hop and to him I say thank you and that is why Hammer will always be one of my favorite rap artists of all time and space. MC Hammer was the first and only rapper to my knowledge was dancing and rapping and basically giving the audience the show that they paid for. The song that I first heard was the immortal classic “U Can’t Touch This” which was the song that initially broke MC Hammer and gave his universal and crossover appeal.

New Kids on the Block
The New Kids on the Block were among my first exposure to music at all, a neighbor turned bully and tormenter I had was a NKOTB fan and that is and was the only good thing about her. Just to sidetrack for a minute nowadays anytime I see Perez Hilton I see this perra but that’s neither here nor there. Back to NKOTB I did like them not because useless liked them but because I actually did like them. They did have and still do have good songs such as Please Don’t go girl, Hangin Tough, The Right Stuff, Step by Step these are just a few of their biggest hits that come to mind as well as after their hayday they did put out an album in the mid 90’s with a single called “Dirty Dawg” which is a jam in it’s self. To me New Kids on the Block along with other boy bands like New Edition, Menudo, Boyz II Men were pioneers of the Boy Bands and I guess that you can count The Beatles as the earliest Boy Bands but with them all of the members played their own instruments and sang too.

can Ozzfest return?
Recently I saw on Instagram how they were asking if should OzzFest return, many support the idea yes i see where you would get the idea that it would be a good idea but since things because of traffic was Ozzy’s namesake Festival I i feel like not without Ozzy it shouldn’t return because the tradition for Oz Fest was that you see you get to see Ozzy at the end of the night and during the day and the evening and what not until Ozzy comes on stage you get to see pretty cool metal bands too and up and coming metal bands andLegendary metal bands at the end of the night you get to always see Ozzy and stuff and that’s where I standThe question should Oz Fest returnAnd can Ozzfest returnI I don’t think so it wouldn’t be the sameQuite frankly it wouldn’t be right at least that’s the way I see it that’s allPeriodI guess I’m speaking as an Ozzy fan andYes I am speaking as a Ozzy fan and someone that really loves Ozzy. To me it doesn’t seem right I mean after all think about this Ozzy just passed and and yet i don’t I don’t know where yes I do know where I stand I don’t think it would work I mean you know this is Ozzy’s and Sharon’s baby and brainchild and stuff and you know like I said before I just don’t i just don’t see it that’s all that’s all I’m trying to say . To have Ozz Fest without its namesake this beautiful child has no way there’s just no way that’s all. It would be hollow and there would always be a reminder of the fact that Ozzy isn’t there. Not only would it be hollow but also empty.

The songs of Kelis
Kelis is cool! This article is about my favorite Kelis songs one is called “Bossy” and the one is “Caught out there”. Everyone knows the Milkshake song which is cool but there are other Kelis songs out there that are just as good. For instance the anthem for the female boss such as myself called “Bossy” you know something Beyonce ain’t exactly a queen b move over sweetheart Kelis is the real boss. There aren’t too many anthems like that that preach empowerment like the way Kelis owns it on Bossy. The video is cool it shows Kelis as the true boss that she is. Anyone who is a boss and has a poodle by her side is a real boss. As of the writing of this article I just heard a little bit of “Bossy” in a commercial for Instacart.

Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Alanis Morissette released an alternative music masterpiece in 1995 called Jagged Little Pill and that was the year that Alternative music was really hot and the flannel fashion thing had just happened, i got this album and I loved it i was always sitting in my room listening to it because to me it was a fresh and exciting new sound that I had never heard before period I first saw the single hand in my pocket and the video for it on VH11 late night when it first came out. The premise of the you of the hand in my pocket video was some type of weird and strange black and white parade with Alanis Morissette dressed in a black and white suitDriving around singing her lyrics and stuff well interesting thingsWe’re happening around her as she sang the lyrics to her songPeriod well I don’t know what the song really meansI just know it was a really good song that I liked a lot everything about it was greatIt was very tongue-in-cheek andI still don’t know what hand in my pocket really means but I’m willing to bet just you knowLayback and take things as it comes I guess and you know just go with the flow I mean I’m just spitballing here but that’s the kind ofIdea I got from just listening to this songIn general.

The Milli Vanilli movie
Do you know that there is actually a biographical motion picture about the lip sync group Milli Vanilli? I must tell you that the movie is really well made. I enjoyed the movie very much. It was cool. Believe it or not the true Milli Vanilli that being the studio singers who provided the vocals for the songs that the duo who were the face had lip synced to produced the movie. I found the movie by chance on my television and i had to see it and also i want to say that i am glad i did too. If sometime you get the chance it would be worth your while to check it out.
