Zeddy Will Understands The Assignment With “Bow Bow Bow” by NWO Sparrow

The rapper and entertainer keeps things simple, loud and infectious while building momentum toward his October EP

Zeddy Will is gearing up for a packed Fall 2026, and the rollout started with the announcement of his new YouTube comedy show, Zeddy, which is set to be released in October, in addition to the recent news of him being added to the Wild ’N Out cast. He has an EP coming out in October as well, and this record, “Bow Bow Bow,” is a part of that project. Zeddy Will continues to show and prove why he should have been an official XXL Freshman last year. At this point, the argument is becoming less about whether Zeddy Will has the talent and more about how far he can continue to take the momentum he has built.

“Bow Bow Bow” feels like a care package for his core fans. It gives them something to live with while they wait for the comedy show, the new EP and whatever else Zeddy has coming down the pipeline. That is something I think Zeddy understands about his audience. He does not always have to make every release feel like a major career statement. Sometimes you just need to give your people something that keeps them engaged, keeps the conversation moving and reminds them that you are still working.

Produced by Raesam, this record fits right with Zeddy Will’s core audience. The timing and momentum of the release reminds me of when Jay-Z dropped “Stop” ahead of The Black Album. There is a certain understanding of how to keep your audience fed without giving away the entire meal. “Bow Bow Bow” does that for me. It feels like a bridge between the moment Zeddy is in right now and everything he is preparing to introduce next.

The production is bass-heavy with a club feel, and that immediately puts Zeddy in a comfortable space. He is making hits here. He does not care about being known as the nicest rapper alive right now because that is not the lane he is chasing. Zeddy is an entertainer. There is a difference. He understands that making people move, laugh, quote you, replay a song and remember a hook can be just as important as showing somebody how many bars you can put together.

That is why I think the first verse works so well. It is the most lyrical verse on the record, but Zeddy never allows the bars to take him away from what the song is supposed to be. He gives you enough lyricism to remind you that he can actually rap, but he does not overcomplicate the record trying to prove something. The verse still feels fun, accessible and connected to the energy of the song.

That balance is important with Zeddy because I think sometimes people can mistake his entertainment-first approach for a lack of lyrical ability. I do not hear it that way. I hear an artist who understands what kind of record he is making. “Bow Bow Bow” is not supposed to be a lyrical exhibition. It is supposed to be a record that works in the car, at a party, in the club, through your speakers and in the middle of a growing rollout. Zeddy knows how to create momentum and sustain it.

That is also why the Raesam production works so well. The beat gives Zeddy enough room to be animated without forcing him into a performance that does not fit. There is a natural chemistry between the production and his delivery. The bass gives the song its physical energy, while Zeddy supplies the personality. Neither one is fighting for control of the record.

What I like most about “Bow Bow Bow” is that it does not feel like Zeddy is trying to reinvent himself just because bigger opportunities are starting to show up around him. He is going into a comedy show, joining Wild ’N Out, preparing an EP and continuing to build his music career, but he is still giving his core audience the type of record they already understand from him.

That matters.

Artists can sometimes become so focused on reaching the next audience that they forget about the people who were already there. Zeddy Will does not seem interested in doing that. He is expanding without completely abandoning the foundation that got him here.

“Bow Bow Bow” is more of a radio bridge between now and Zeddy Will going into 2027. It keeps the music side of his career active while his entertainment profile continues to grow. I can hear this record living in that space where the song does not necessarily need a complicated explanation. It just needs to hit.

And it does.

There is a simplicity to what Zeddy is doing here, but simplicity should not be confused with laziness. The song knows what it wants to be. It has the production, the energy, the personality and the replay factor to accomplish that goal. Zeddy Will is not trying to make “Bow Bow Bow” the deepest song of his career. He is trying to make a record his audience enjoys, and sometimes that is exactly what a record needs to accomplish.

Final Play by Play

Beats: 10/10

Raesam was a great choice for this record. The production fits Zeddy Will like a glove because it gives him the space to be himself. The bass-heavy sound and club energy immediately establish the atmosphere, while the beat gives the record enough movement to keep it from feeling flat.

Lyrics: 8/10

Zeddy is a rapper who makes songs, not an MC with something to prove. That distinction is important here. There are enough clever moments and lyrical pockets to remind you that Zeddy can rap, especially in the first verse, but he is not sacrificing the song trying to win a bar-for-bar competition.

Concept: 7/10

This type of music is not new from Zeddy or in general, but it is done well. The concept is straightforward, and the record does not necessarily introduce some completely new musical idea. What makes it work is the execution. Zeddy understands the kind of record he is making and does not overthink it.

Rollout: 9/10

“Bow Bow Bow” makes sense as a part of the Zeddy Will Fall 2026 lineup. He has the comedy show coming, the Wild ’N Out opportunity, the EP coming in October and now another song that keeps his music audience engaged. The record feels strategically placed without sounding overly calculated. It keeps Zeddy in the conversation while creating another piece of content his core supporters can enjoy before the next major chapter arrives.

Replay Value: 10/10

This record has strong aura and replay value. It is easy to throw back on because the production grabs you quickly and Zeddy does not make the song feel like work. There are records you respect and then there are records you naturally play again. “Bow Bow Bow” falls into the second category for me. The energy is infectious enough that I can see this one continuing to live beyond the initial release window.

Vibe Check: 10/10

It really is a good song and a potential radio hit. Everything about the record is built around feeling good and keeping the energy moving. Zeddy understands his audience, and he understands that sometimes the best records are the ones that do not require you to sit down and dissect every line before you can enjoy them. “Bow Bow Bow” passes the vibe check because it sounds like something people can actually have fun with.

Total Music Score: 9/10

“Bow Bow Bow” is not trying to be the record that explains everything Zeddy Will is as an artist. It is a record designed to keep the engine running. It gives his core audience something to play, keeps his name moving and fits naturally into a Fall 2026 that could become one of the more important stretches of his career.

What I respect about Zeddy Will right now is the work ethic. He is not sitting around waiting for somebody to tell him that he has arrived. He is continuing to put records out, continuing to build his audience and continuing to find different ways to entertain people. The comedy show, Wild ’N Out, the upcoming EP and songs like “Bow Bow Bow” all represent different pieces of the same bigger picture. Zeddy is outworking his peers in real time, and you can hear that hunger in the consistency. He understands that momentum is something you have to protect.

But the thing that stands out to me even more is that Zeddy has not forgotten the people who helped create that momentum in the first place. No matter how far he goes, he keeps sending a kite back to his core supporters. That is what this song feels like to me. It is a signal from Zeddy saying, “I am going up, but I still remember who was here.” The bigger the opportunities become, the more important that connection becomes. There is a difference between growing your audience and replacing your audience, and Zeddy continues to find ways to grow without making his original supporters feel left behind.

That is why I look at this record as more than just another song before an EP. It is another piece of evidence that Zeddy Will understands his own lane. He does not need every record to prove he is the most lyrical rapper in the room. Sometimes he needs to make the room move. Sometimes he needs to make his people laugh. Sometimes he needs to give his audience something they can play 10 times without thinking about it. And sometimes he needs to send that kite back home before taking off again. “Bow Bow Bow” does exactly that. Zeddy Will is still working, still building and still feeding the people who have been rocking with him. As he continues to climb, that connection may end up being one of the most important things he carries with him.
