******UPDATE: Lil Tay's "Death" is Suspicious***********

It's been two months since Lil Tay's "death hoax" and posted my article about my suspicions about her supposed "death". Thankfully, she revealed that she is alive.

Now Social Media Flexer, Rapper turned recording artist has returned to the spotlight after five years since she has been away from social media and setting the record straight since the hoax. In case you didn't know what happened. Lil Tay's Instagram was that the 14-year-old was dead including her brother Jason's passing.

Her statement reads on her Instagram:

"It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire's sudden and tragic passing. We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain. This outcome was entirely unexpected and has left us all in shock. Her brother’s passing adds an even more unimaginable depth to our grief. During this time of immense sorrow, we kindly ask for privacy as we grieve this overwhelming loss, as the circumstances surrounding Claire and her brother's passing are still under investigation. Claire will forever remain in our hearts, her absence leaving an indescribable void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her."

Her so-called death shocked fans and everyone alike. Even Woah Vicky posted a tribute believing she was dead. The statement would later be deleted from her Instagram page until she got in touch with TMZ revealing that she and her brother aren't dead and her Instagram page was hacked.

She told TMZ:

“I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive but I’m completely heartbroken and struggling to even find the right words to say.”

Two months later after her death hoax, she released her new song "Sucker 4 Green", which she posted on her Insta and her music video on YouTube. In the music video, Lil Tay is all grown-up looking than her nine-year-old self. The setting takes place in Los Angeles outside of an LA mansion with luxurious fancy expensive cars.

Lil Tay: then and now

The song is not bad, it's even better than her old song "Money Way". Her background dancers are dressed in dark suits with green ties. The dance moves were well choreographed. Her mom and her brother are in the music video as well.

Lil Tay, her brother, and her mother

From the look of it, they seemed like a happy family. The music video was an ode to the old Lil Tay but different. After the premiere of her music video, she went on Instagram Live to set the record straight about her death hoax, rumors, and her disappearance from social media since she was given custody by her father Christopher Hope. She revealed on Instagram Live blasting her father for bringing women he met on Craigslist to have sex with while Lil Tay was a child and one of the women groomed her, her stepmother Hanee Hope (Christopher’s current Wife) who was a scammer physically abusing Lil Tay leaving her with marks and bruises, and more intense nasty things that has had happened in her household with her father and her stepmother. Also, she revealed on her Instagram page that her father had something to do with her death hoax. Her Instagram story was posted calling him an"abusive racist misogynistic woman beating father".

Honestly, I am pretty glad that she is doing alright after all these years. I am still on the fence with the whole thing. I am unsure if she did this for a comeback ( I am not blaming her) I do believe her father is trying to destroy her that could be true. I was disturbed by all the claims that Lil Tay said on Instagram Live. I mean to be honest like I said in my last article her family is very messy from her mom’s side and her dad's side but honestly, the song is great she seems like she is trying to get back on track by being recording artist which is doing great for her. Let’s hope for the better for Lil Tay!!!!!

What do you guys think? Did watch Lil Tay's music video? Do you think her father set up Lil Tay's death hoax or is this staged for Lil Tay's comeback?
