Calm Your Mind With Music

Our brains are bombarded with an assortment of thoughts and emotions throughout the day. Whether you're stressed out about making a certain deadline or an exciting new idea has taken over your mind. You are constantly working your brain to exhaustion. This can be a big problem when you finally have time to kick back and relax because you find that you just can not relax. Your mind feels like it's going a thousand miles per hour. When I was a teenager I found that meditation is the best way to calm yourself and clear your mind. Like many teenagers that grew up with constant internet, television, and any other kind of screen time. Sitting still in silence is more nerve wracking than calming. Years ago a friend had told me to research “brain wave music” because the frequency of the music does effect your brain in either a positive or negative way. So over the years I've concocted a meditation playlist composed of brain wave songs that I like to enjoy every night before bed. I try to have a variety of different frequencies that are healthy for your body and spirit while meditating. Tapping into all of the chakras as they are all important. It's also not healthy to focus on only one chakra level. Since all of these songs are very long I normally just choose one per meditation session.

Even though all of these songs have different frequencies meaning they tap into different chakras. They all say that they help relieve you of negative thoughts and feelings. This is because meditation and balancing your chakras in general helps alleviate negative feelings. This is one reason why you should focus and balance all 7 of your chakras.

This frequency is also known to clear a guilty conscience as well as frees you from any negative subconscious thoughts. The music's soft lullaby melody can easily make you fall asleep.

417Hz || CLEANSES OUT ALL NEGATIVE ENERGY from BODY & HOME || Healing Music + Calming Ocean Sounds

I love this song for it's ocean wave background sounds. It's very calming and you can really the vibrations of the music throughout the lower part of your body. Like a gentle lower back massage. The music is in 417hz Solfeggio frequency which is meant to heal and keep balance to the sacral chakra.

ASTRAL PROJECTION Music OUT of BODY EXPERIENCE 432Hz Ultra Deep Meditation Music

This song is in 432hz Solfeggio which is meant to resonate with all 7 chakras. Like the title mentions before, this music is meant for astral projection. I have no clue if astral projection is a real phenomenon, but for that purpose it makes sense for the song to be in 432hz frequency. For those who do not know what astral projection is, it is an out of body experience where you can travel as your soul outside of the body. That's basically astral projection in a nutshell. I don't use this song for astral projection since I have never attempted it before. I use it as meditation music since the tune does relax your mind and the frequency is good for you.

528Hz | Open Heart Chakra ➤ Love Frequency 528hz Music | 528hz Heart Chakra Activation - 528hz Love

This song as the title has already pointed out is meant to open up the heart chakra. This is a very serene song and great for before bed. 528Hz Solfeggio is known as the love frequency, but not in a romantic way. I think of it more as a frequency for self love because it not only brings balance to the heart chakra, but also the solar plexus chakra. Which is located right below the heart chakra. 528Hz is more known to resonate with the solar plexus chakra, but it does overlap with the heart chakra.

The name of this song is self explanatory in what it is meant to do for you. This song is in 741hz Solfeggio which is used to balance the throat chakra. The throat chakra also acts as a chakra healing mechanism. Since the frequency that acts as a toxin remover. Meaning it's supposed to clean the cells and organs from toxins. The calming tune of this song makes it great for before bed meditation or as a song to listen to to help you go to sleep.

As the title of the song suggests, the tone of the song is to calm you and give you peace of mind. The frequency of the song is 852hz Solfeggio which is known as the third eye frequency. It is meant to awaken your intuition. In general we rely on facts and hard science when it comes to what kinds of information that we will allow ourselves to believe in. Unfortunately that means we often ignore our inner knowledge and intuition. 852Hz Solfeggio is mean to reawaken that intuition that has been lost.

Activate 3D to 5D Consciousness - 432 Hz + 963 Hz - Manifest Meditation Music

I will either meditate to this music or sleep to it. Like all of the songs in this playlist, it's long enough for you to go to sleep and wake up with the song still playing. The music is at 432hz with a 963hz resonance. 432hz is the frequency that taps into all 7 chakras and 963hz Solfeggio is the frequency that is supposed to awaken the crown chakra. The crown chakra is your higher consciousness. The song's title says that it's supposed to activate your consciousness from 3 dimensions to 5 dimensions. Humans are multidimensional beings, but most of us live completely in a 3 dimensional world. Unable to even get to anything higher than 3D. 5 dimensional consciousness is supposed to be our enlightened state of being. The crown chakra would be the chakra that would help one get to a 5D state of mind.

The greatest thing about all these songs is that the titles and descriptions all say what you are listening to in great detail. Which is very uncommon in the mainstream music industry. We often listen to songs on the radio that sound nice with fun lyrics at first glance, but in reality we have no idea what frequencies we're subjecting our brains to. I like to think of mainstream music as junk food for your brain. It's enjoyable to listen to, but it more than likely is not healthy for our brain. Like many people, I had no clue that what you listen to really does matter for the sake of your own health. It wasn't until I befriended an individual who talked to me a great deal about music and frequencies all because I was simply having trouble sleeping at night. I think we should all check up on what music we listen to when it comes to the song's frequency every now and then. Just so we know what we're putting into our bodies.
