Continuing the customer/employee experience, we will be delving into three scenarios where employees do not give a shift! Scenario # 1: In this scene, Brandon is visiting a fast-food restaurant for the first time. From the signage and displays in the window of the establishment, Brandon deduces that it is a place that at the very least sells burgers. Brandon is hoping for gluten-free options.
