John Simm's Incarnation Of the Master Is Set To Have A Huge Role In 'Doctor Who' Series 10
John Simm's incarnation of the Master is voted one of the best since Doctor Who began back in 1963. Simm first appeared as the Master in the series 3 finale in 2007, alongside David Tennant as the 10th Doctor, where the Master was killed and he refused to regenerate. However, this wasn't the end, as Simm's Master was resurrected for Tennant's final adventure, which aired Christmas Day 2009 and New Year's Day 2010. Ever since Tennant and Simm bowed out of the show in 2010, we've not seen Simm ever since.
