Comic Book Resources and the Shift in Nerd Culture
I had the privilege to speak to Albert Ching, Managing Editor of the website Comic Book Resources, about the ever changing world of comics. Albert has been with the site since 2013. Before that, he was with another comic book news site called Newsarama, and prior to that, he worked in print journalism. His vast experience and knowledge makes him an expert in this field.

6 of the Most Valuable Video Games Ever MadeTop Story - December 2016
People generally don't think of video games as high value collectables. Nothing ages worse than video games, games that were revolutionary years ago look like garbage compared to what we have now. While you can buy plenty of used games for under $3, there are still a few video games out there that would cost you a small fortune if you want them.

Why Is it Okay to Kill in Marvel Movies?
Killing in comics has always been a controversial subject. Killing is what can separate a hero from a vigilante. If there is a hero who kills his enemies the question almost always arises, what makes this hero better than the villains he killed? So let’s figure out which superheroes kill and why we consider it okay. Since there are so many comic books and overlapping universes, I’ll focus only on the Marvel movies.

Why Every Gamer Should Check Out YouTuber Beta64
YouTube is a place that’s full of all types of videos for gamers. From Let’s Plays to Walkthroughs, every type of gaming video exists on YouTube, and frankly it can get a little repetitive. Meet Andrew, better known as Beta64. Beta64 is a truly unique channel in that it’s all about the development of video games. Basically, this channel tells you how games came to be, for example, how Banjo-Kazooie was originally a pirate RPG or how Diddy Kong Racing was at first a real-time strategy game. He researches what steps the game’s creators went through in order to make famous titles like Super Mario World. He also tries to figure out why these steps were taken throughout the game’s development. Beta64 is a must watch for anyone interested in the behind the scenes of video games. I had the privilege to speak with Beta64 about what goes into his channel and how it came to be.

Must See Episodes of 'The Twilight Zone'
If you have never seen an episode of The Twilight Zone, then you cannot call yourself a true fan of television. The Twilight Zone is always among the top of any credible list of the best television shows in history. Created by Rod Serling, The Twilight Zone has 156 self contained stories that stick with an audience in a way no other show does. Some Twilight Zone episodes are great because of how creepy they are, while some episodes are great because of the powerful moral lessons they teach. While I recommend you watch the whole show, here are the best episodes of The Twilight Zone. Luckily they are all available on Amazon Prime and Hulu.

The 3 Best Archie Comic Crossovers
When you hear about classic comic book characters most people don't consider Archie and his friends in that mix. However, Archie has been around since 1939 and shows no signs of slowing down. Just like other comics Archie has a long and storied history that people connect with. Even the people that don't consider Archie a "real" comic can't deny how influential and far-reaching the brand goes. Archie has been featured in comics, television shows and there are even rumors about a potential Archie Broadway show. While all of these credentials are impressive, the biggest sign of Archie's legitimacy as a comic book are the crossovers. Crossovers have been a staple for comic books since Marvel launched their first major crossover event, "The Secret Wars." Crossovers are common in comic books, they're a way for superheroes to interact with one another in a way that was previously seen as impossible. Just like any other truly great comic book, Archie has his fair share of crossovers. Here are my personal top 3 Archie crossovers that you have to check out.

The History Behind The Pixar Lamp
Pixar is so iconic that it’s hard to believe that there are people out there who have not seen a single Pixar movie. Pixar has made 17 movies and 16 of them are almost universally praised (I'm looking at you Cars 2.) While Pixar is famous for making great movies, they're almost equally as famous for hiding objects and characters throughout their movies.
