The boy from the dog family and the little grey kitten that he called Phil stepped out of the trees and looked toward the old, red barn on Aunt Ellie and Uncle Ted's property. They intended to go to the Sun, but it was just too far to reach, and after 20 minutes, the dark-haired, dirty-faced boy was starving to death.

He was from a family who had dogs not birds or pigs or monkeys or ferrets. The boy's family was a dog family. Well, his family was a dog family with the exception of this aunt.

If you are reading this, then I guess, I am at long last dead. If you are a part of the dominion’s acolytes, guck yourself. But if you are among the living with a selfish thought in your noggin, consider me lucky, because you are still breathing air in what I can only assume is a state of direction versus independent thought. It was not always so.
