Life on Olympus: chap 3
Spilled wine laid on the grass and permeated the air. It was a prospect of passed out creatures and drooping oak forms of the forest nymphs. From first glance, one could imagine the scene of unfortunate circumstances of a forest struck by a plague, but the seemingly lifeless bodies sprawled across the earth were the fast asleep satyrs and townspeople recovering from a maddening night of fun. Dionysus sat above him all on the platform and revelled in what he saw. He smiled contentedly and basked in the glory of what made him a god. He, himself, was buzzed from the partaking he had done in his lonesome on Olympus as night turned into day. Taking more sips from his chalice, he stayed and watched as a few regained their senses below and shook off their hangover. Not having an idea of what had occurred, they gathered themselves and looked up at the sky. Some began praising Dionysus for the night, lifting their hands in the air and shouting his name. Others looked to the sky and held their hands in their heart. Some even picked up cups with small amounts of wine in them and began drinking merrily again on their routes home. Dionysus felt a warmth, a strength deep in his core. As the wine filled inside him, and he began hearing the praises sung by those coming back to their senses from below, it felt an unexplainable boost of power. He felt motivated to do more, to drink more, to show more people the wonders of his gifts and abilities to enthrall a room to undying laughter and amusement.

Where The Christmas Tree Grew
It was afternoon recess at School, in Warner. There was a heavy snow-storm; so every one was in the warm school-room, except a few adventurous spirits who were tumbling about in the snow-drifts out in the yard, getting their clothes wet and preparing themselves for chidings at home. Their shrill cries and shouts of laughter floated into the school-room, but the small group near the stove did not heed them at all. There were five or six little girls and one boy. The girls, with the exception of Jenny Brown, were trim and sweet in their winter dresses and neat school-aprons; they perched on the desks and the arms of the settee with careless grace, like birds. Some of them had their arms linked. The one boy lounged against the blackboard. His dark, straight-profiled face was all aglow as he talked. His big brown eyes gazed now soberly and impressively at Jenny, then gave a gay dance in the direction of the other girls.

Life On Olympus
The Arrival A gleaming pathway wined up the mountainside. Cyprus trees of golden-tipped leaves swayed in the calmed and tamed winds of the high peak. As his golden encrusted robes dragged behind his bronze feet, he kept steady along the path. The last inches of the road gave way to a great gate. Swirls of gold reflected passionately from the rays of Helios. As he inched closer and closer to the gate, the mighty doors opened, as if they’d known a resident of the palaces they guarded stood before them. They opened to a scene of a springing fountain adorned in fine flowers, depictions of the mighty inhabitants of the shining mountain placed in it and flowing waterfalls and spilled from the tip of the carved wonder. Great columns stood proudly along the road’s edges. He looked around and knew this awe of a scene was his home.

Life On Olympus
Highest of the peaks of Greece, a glimmering mountain that scrapes the skies, rushing past the pearl clouds and singing with all the voices of the wind and earth, Mount Olympus rests. This is no place where any common mortal lay their head. No, this is the dwelling of the immortal breed, great palaces dedicated to the gods themselves. The genesis point of the order of the land, Greece’s very existence was brought forth by the forces that inhabit the shining mountain top. Justice, music, wisdom, lust, beauty, power, and divinity all take place there, feasting as kings do, sipping sweet nectar, relaxing to their heart’s content, careless of any struggle, trial or tribulation.

Private Location
Hometown feature During coronavirus/pandemic situation, the place I could call home, that I tend to believe whom treated me with total respect, love and most importantly safe will always be remembered in my heart. Not only do they have the best care system within the community, university, restaurants, parks for your love ones and places to do great photography, but every community in this city are welcoming including myself. I met a lot of good/interesting people, shared a lot of laughs and major thoughts, took some drama but the love remains. In this city i became an entrepreneur/business owner, of one of the best professional cleaning company called Diamond Clean LLC, diamondclean.biz, 20%off any deal until July 7th, 2021 and making sure everyone is being fair, to keep more of the peace and love around. It almost reminds me of my Hometown, where my life started, with most of my history/memories come about, Brooklyn, New York. I can’t imagine, the devastating impact they went through during the pandemic and I hope for the recovery where no mask can happen again. Folks had their own thing, basketball, baseball, kick ball, tennis, even chess to keep them occupied, I had my sport of all times, Handball, though I didn’t really play in many tournaments I just love the sport for fitness wise and to come together with different communities/cultures. I do wish for the private city I call home now, definitely should put that sport somewhere public in one of the beautiful parks/space you have around.
