Mark Sievers received a death sentence for his wife, Dr. Teresa Sievers, in 2019. His legal team filed wife, a motion to overturn his sentence, claiming they have new evidence that would clear his name, Wink News reported. The State of Florida doesn’t think the evidence changes the outcome of the verdict. They encouraged him to do whatever he felt necessary to appeal his sentence. They are confident, their case was strong, and they will uphold his death sentence.

In June 1996, Darlie Routier made a 911 call to report an intruder attacked her two sons, Damon, age 5, and Devon, age 6.
