Farley the squirrel was different to other squirrels. He was grey like other squirrels. He had a bushy tail like other squirrels. But he really was quite different. Farley the squirrel was allergic to nuts. If he ate a nut, it made him very poorly indeed.

The Dragons of Mahria Valley
Prologue There weren't always dragons in the valley. When there were, the inhabitants of Mahria slept soundly. They left their homes in the evenings, walked freely around the markets. Weapons gathered dust on the walls, laughter filled the air. It was a time of peace, tranquillity.
