My Review of "Kajilionaire"
Kajilionaire was a movie that came out in 2020. It came out so quietly that not a lot of people heard about it. I remember seeing a trailer for this movie a while back but never got a chance to watch it until now. I liked the premise of the movie and was startled at how much substance this movie had in the end.

My Review of "Awake"
Awake is one of Netflix's latest 2021 movie releases. I gained some interest from reading outline of what the movie was about. Unfortunately, there are a lot of inconsistencies throughout the movie that kind of makes the movie fall flat for me. It's too bad because they did have a very interesting concept but if you can't stick to your own rules then things get kind of muddy for me. I know how difficult it is to write sci-fi movies. At least we got a new sci-fi movie this year.

My Review of "Young Rock: Season 1"
Young Rock is a semi fictional and semi-non-fictional tale of the Rock, Dwayne Johnson. It's a new TV series that came out on NBC in 2021. It has a lot of elements that remind me of the writing from "Fresh off the Boat." Since I liked Fresh off the Boat you can probably tell that I really enjoyed this season.

My Review of "Kenan: Season one"
Kenan is a brand new 2021 comedy series that came out on NBC. You may already know Kenan Thompson of Saturday Night Live fame. He's also had a pretty extensive resume of comedic movies and TV shows before that. Now he's venturing off to do sitcoms.

My Review of "Sweet Tooth"
Sweet Tooth is a pretty high production valued TV series. It was recently released on 2021 on Netflix. There's much talks about this TV series because of the people behind the scenes but that doesn't always make a great TV series. I see a lot of potential in this TV series but I don't think you should watch it until the second season has been completed and I'll tell you why.

My Review of "Boss Level"
Boss Level is a 2021 bigger budget movie that was exclusive to Hulu for a while. The problem is that you can't get Hulu in Canada so I had to wait for quite some time before it landed on the Amazon Prime streaming app. I have to admit I was pretty excited to watch it because the trailers made it seem pretty much like a cross between Deadpool and Edge of Tomorrow. Two movies that I really enjoyed. For the most part that is but I only consider this a pretty good movie, here's why.

My Review of "Raya The Last Dragon"
Raya The Last Dragon is one of the bigger Disney Plus release movies in 2021. It has recently become free for all Disney Plus subscribers. This is great because I'm sure all of us are starved for some bigger budget blockbuster movies nowadays.

My Review of "Just My Luck"
Just My Luck is kind of an old movie. It came out back in 2006 starring a very youthful Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. I'm not sure how I don't remember ever hearing about this movie but I was surprised that the two were in a movie together as romantic leads.

My Review of "The Sopranos: Season 3"
The Sopranos: Season 3 was a highly anticipated season for me. So much had happened in the second season that I wasn't sure where they were going to go with the characters. There's been a huge reshuffling and that meant totally new storylines.

Why you should not buy McDonald's gift cards
I know.. I know.. why would you not want to buy a McDonald's gift card during the pandemic? This general advice is probably good for most restaurants during the pandemic. The problem is that the restaurants have not taken their gift cards into consideration when they implemented their take out systems.

My Review of "The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers (Season One)
The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers (Season One) is something that I least expected to see. There have been a lot of Mighty Duck off shoots like 3 movies, a cartoon TV series and even an NHL hockey team. The thing is that the franchise hasn't been used for quite some time. It's been that long that I almost forgot about the franchise until this showed up.

My Review of "The Masked Singer: Season 5"
The Masked Singer: Season 5 was kind of worrisome for me. I didn't particularly like season 4 that much. It was a little predictable and the contestants were mostly people that I wasn't really able to identify. For sure a lot of people were able to identify with the contestants in that season however I didn't think they had a broader appeal as they were more newer celebrities that haven't had that much shine.
