Nurturing Our Inspiration In Day-To-Day Life
Sometimes the repetitiveness and routine of the days can dull a previously held enjoyment for activities where we find refuge. When we lose the motivation to do even our favorite past times, how can we expect to find it any other time? One key aspect of maintaining our motivation is our inspiration. Much like anything else, inspiration needs to be cultivated like any of our other pursuits. We have to nurture it so that it is a constant presence in our lives, whether we need it at that particular moment or not. When we do, we will find that our excitement for each new day, and the adventures that lie ahead, will only flourish from there.

So We’ve Hit A Bump In The Road, What’s Next?
One sensation we can all collectively relate to is hitting a snag in our well-laid plans that feels like a major blow. With every snag in our plans, we can become more and more discouraged than we ever were before. This can happen in any facet of life, from relationships to our jobs, without discrimination. It may have been something we never saw coming or one we’d been dreading for ages. Either way, there is no fun to be had in these situations for any of us. Wherever we’ve experienced the dreaded setback, it doesn’t have to be the end of the road as long as we don’t allow it to be.

Taking Happiness Into Our Own Hands
We as people can at times rely our happiness on external factors more than we should. It may not be intentional, but frequently we place the weight of how we feel onto others and the situations we find ourselves in. It can be exhausting to have our happiness hinge on the whims of the outside world which may not be willing to carry the burden equally. When our happiness is dependent on another, it becomes much more fragile than when we find it in ourselves. It isn’t necessarily a fatal flaw, but it definitely isn’t conducive to our long-term health and well-being. We can forget that ultimately we are the ones responsible for our individual happiness and that we have more power over it than we think.

For The Overwhelmed Jugglers: We Can’t Do Everything At Once
In a day, it can seem harder than ever to accomplish everything we set out to do. The tasks seem to pile up endlessly until we’re drowning under a mountain of responsibilities. Along with this, the rise in technology has created a culture focused on constant productivity. We can send a thank you to the twenty-four-hour access we have with the world that we are all accustomed to nowadays through phones, computers, and the internet.

Embracing New Opportunities
While new experiences and opportunities can be exciting for anyone, there is also an often unspoken hesitancy that comes along with them. We can find it difficult to accept these opportunities at face value, or even completely dismiss them out of hand. Psychologically, we have been trained by society to approach these too good to be true situations with outright skepticism.

We’ve All Had A Rough Year. How Can We Focus On Ourselves?
Given the tone of the last year, I think we’re all looking to focus on our own well-being and mental health more than ever before. It has been a difficult period for everyone to go through this ‘new’ normal that was suddenly thrust upon us. Now more than ever, we all need to find the happiness and light in our lives that have sometimes felt dimmer in recent months. In the midst of a global problem, the best thing we can do is to check in with ourselves and reflect on how we’re really doing. Times may have changed, but the need to focus on our well-being hasn’t, even if the circumstances are inconceivably unusual.

Redefining Failure To Achieve Success
We can all recall a time in our lives when we were faced with the rude awakening of failure. Whether we were turned down for an opportunity or unable to meet our own goals, we have all experienced it in one way or another. Despite the very human nature of failure, it isn’t something many of us want to acknowledge or discuss. Oftentimes, we decide it is easier to be swept under the rug and forgotten like a bad memory. We can find ourselves shrinking in its shadow when really we should be using it to thrive in the future, one filled with many more successes to come.

Is Self-Doubt Messing With Our Heads? Let’s Fix That
Has anyone ever heard the saying that our harshest critic is ourselves? It is a well-known phrase for a reason - because it is the truth. No one has the same power to get inside our heads that we do. Ignoring that harsh inner monologue many of us have, can be a difficult, and daunting, task. It can lead to insecurity and a lack of confidence in ourselves. Both will inevitably have a negative impact on us in the long run, one way or another, and lead to many unwelcome problems. The question is, what can we do to silence that nagging voice in the back of our minds?

Finding Our Unique Sense of Serenity
Finding Our Unique Sense of Serenity Serenity is an ever-elusive concept for many of us. It's a word we may hear often from other people and those giving us advice, but to truly achieve it is another thing entirely. Life is hard and sometimes the only goal is to survive the day-to-day, let alone contemplate any kind of serenity. Maybe we have been too busy in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives to even consider it an option. Maybe circumstances outside of our control have left us unable to find our footing. Whatever the reason, taking the time for ourselves is vital to ensuring we are being our best selves in both the present and future.

Breaking Down Complicated Tasks to Achieve Anything
When I was younger, I used to confuse anxiety with laziness. I would often sit in my office unable to start a task and would procrastinate as much as I could. There was no real explanation for it as I knew that I actually loved working, building, and being creative. It was not until much later that I was able to decipher that what seemed as laziness from the distance (or even up-close) was actually just anxiety.

How Changing Attitude Can Change Income
Attitude is closely related to our success. We often are able to identify opportunities based on our emotions that day. For example, if we feel greatly inspired, it looks as if though there are more than double available alternatives that we can opt to increase our chances of a positive outcome. On the other hand, if we are feeling down, we also start seeing fewer options and solutions to our problems.
