Spring Equinox
The Spring Equinox is a time of a time of rebirth and balance. Equinoxes occur when the sun crosses the equator when day and night are at equal lengths. A time when push and pull of light and dark are at perfect balance with the Earth’s tilt. It’s a beginning of a new cycle. Just as our Earth completes cycles of death and rebirth through out the year, so do we, some physical and some psychological, emotional and mental. We go through times of great productivity and of rest and restoration.
