Years later, Caroline had the opportunity to visit Poland and to see some of Magdalena Abakanowicz's sculptures in person. As she stood in front of the soaring sculptures, Caroline felt that same sense of awe and gratitude that had touched her so many years before in London. And in that moment, she knew that Abakanowicz's legacy would continue to inspire and connect individuals, regardless of time or geography.
