Aloe vera juice and gel are particularly suitable for treating sensitive skin on the face, but also on the whole body. And even internally, aloe vera can unfold its active ingredients. That is why aloe has been used for years as a medicinal plant against Sunburn Cuts Insect bites Burns Dry skin Eczema Pimples Redness on the face Psoriasis Dandruff Neurodermatitis Rosacea and much more Aloe vera gel contains an extraordinary combination of active ingredients, which has a special effect due to the interaction of the individual substances. Scientists have been able to identify more than 200 ingredients [1] in the juice of aloe vera leaves: Mono- and polysaccharides Essential amino acids Minerals Trace elements Secondary plant substances and much more Aloe vera unfolds its greatest effect in its natural, fresh form. This means that any impairment of this natural active ingredient complex also reduces the effect on the skin. Santaverde therefore uses aloe vera in its purest form and replaces the usual water component in cosmetics with pure aloe vera juice from its own controlled organic cultivation. In addition, the juice of the aloe vera plants from Santaverde contains a minimum content of the molecule aloverose of 1,200 mg per litre: the higher the aloverose concentration, the higher the total content of powerful vital substances and the more intensive the effect on the skin. External benefits of aloe vera on the skin Aloe vera gel is considered an all-rounder for irritated skin, sunburn and minor abrasions or cuts. The juice of the aloe vera plant has an immediate cooling, regenerating, calming and soothing effect and provides the skin with nutrient-rich moisture. Scientifically proven: A study [2] from 2006 proves that aloe vera helps even better with sunburn and burns than hydrocortisone. In addition, aloe vera gel supports the treatment of wounds, eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis. The cosmetics industry also takes advantage of the repair effect of aloe vera and likes to use it in anti-aging products. The natural combination of active ingredients and the moisturising effect of aloe vera support the regeneration of the skin and ensure a smooth and healthy complexion. Can you apply aloe vera directly to the skin? Yes, you can apply aloe vera directly to the skin. The aloe vera gel, inside the leaves, is excellent for application to the skin, as the gel-like texture leaves a protective film on the skin. Especially skin wounds, sunburn or small cuts benefit from the use of aloe vera gel. You can also apply the aloe vera juice extracted from the gel directly to the skin. Whether it is the fresh leaf gel or the juice produced from it - you should pay attention to high quality. Internal benefit of aloe vera in the body Beauty comes from within, as we all know. This is especially true for the effect of aloe vera. Aloe vera gel and aloe vera juice can also be used for internal application. The body benefits most from drinking the pure and fresh aloe vera juice. The aloe vera fillets, which are peeled out of the aloe vera leaves, can also be consumed and develop their health-promoting properties. It is important that you wash the leaf fillets after peeling to remove the Aloin. The Aloin is the yellowish liquid, between the leaf peel and the leaf fillet. Aloin can have a laxative effect and is therefore not contained in aloe vera juices. In addition, it is especially important to pay attention to good quality aloe vera products. Dietary supplement capsules or powders may contain untested or low-quality ingredients that may harm the body rather than help it. Aloe vera effect in the gut A high-quality aloe vera juice, like the one from Santaverde, is really good for the gut. Aloe vera juice has an internal anti-inflammatory and calming effect. The aloverose it contains also strengthens the good intestinal bacteria so that they work better. Aloe vera therefore has a probiotic effect in the gut.

benefits of thyme
Thymol is one of a naturally occurring class of compounds known as biocides. These are substances that can destroy harmful organisms, such as infectious bacteria. Used alongside other biocides, such as carvacrol, thyme has strong antimicrobial properties. One study from 2010 suggests that thymol can reduce bacterial resistance to common drugs, including penicillin. Killing the tiger mosquito The tiger mosquito is native to tropical and subtropical areas of Southeast Asia. Since the 1990s, it has spread around the world, carrying West Nile virus, Yellow fever, St. Louis encephalitis, dengue fever, and Chikungunya fever. A team at Chungbuk National University in South Korea reported that a combination of thymol, alpha-terpinene, and carvacrol was effective in killing off tiger mosquito larvae. High blood pressure Researchers at the University of Belgrade, Serbia, found that an aqueous extract obtained from wild thyme reduced blood pressure in tests on rats. Rats respond to hypertension in a similar way to people, so the findings might have implications for humans. More tests are required for the data to prove significant, however. Foodborne bacterial infections A team at the Center for Studies of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Portugal, studied the antimicrobial activity of essential oils extracted from a range of aromatic plants, including thyme oil. They reported that thyme oil, even at low concentrations, showed potential as a natural preservative of food products against several common foodborne bacteria that cause human illness. A Polish study tested thyme oil and lavender oil, and they that observed that thyme oil was effective against resistant strains of Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, Escherichia and Pseudomonas bacteria. Colon cancer A studyTrusted Source carried out in Lisbon, Portugal, found that extracts of mastic thyme might protect people from colon cancers. Breast cancer Researchers in Turkey looked at the effect of wild thyme on breast cancer activity, and specifically how it affected apoptosis, or cell death, and gene-related events in breast cancer cells. They found that wild thyme caused cell death in breast cancer cells. Yeast infection The fungus Candida albicans (C. albicans) is a common cause of yeast infections in the mouth and vagina, a recurring condition called “thrush.” Researchers at the University of Turin, Italy, found that essential oil of thyme significantly enhanced the destruction of the C. albicans fungus in the human body. Prolonging the stability of cooking oils Lipid oxidation is a serious problem during food processing and storage. It can cause food to lose quality, stability, safety, and nutritional value. Scientists from Warsaw, Poland, examined whether thyme extract might prolong the stability of sunflower oil at different temperatures. They suggest that thyme might be a potent antioxidant for stabilizing sunflower oil. Common skin problems Skin problems are common worldwide. In some countries, herbal preparations are important medicines. A team at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, carried out a studyTrusted Source to assess the therapeutic benefits of a 10 percent chamomile extract cream and a 3 percent thyme essential oil antifungal cream for eczema-like lesions. They noted that full healing occurred in 66.5 percent of people treated with a fungal cream containing thyme essential oil, compared with 28.5 percent of those using a placebo. Results for the chamomile cream were similar to those for the placebo. Acne Scientists from Leeds, England, tested the effects of myrrh, marigold, and thyme tinctures on Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes), the bacterium that causes acne. They found that thyme might be effective in treating acne. Its antibacterial effect proved stronger than that of standard concentrations of benzoyl peroxide, the active ingredient in most acne creams and washes. Benzoyl peroxide also causes a burning sensation and irritation on the skin, which means that a thyme tincture might be a solution to acne that leads to fewer unwanted effects. History: The ancient Egyptians used thyme as an embalming fluid. In ancient Greece, they used thyme as an incense in temples and added it to bathwater. The Romans used thyme as a flavoring for cheese and alcoholic beverages. They are also supposedly offered it as a cure people for who were melancholic or shy. The Roman army introduced thyme to the British Isles when they conquered the land. Hippocrates, who lived around 460 BCE to 370 BCE and is known today as “the father of Western medicine,” recommended thyme for respiratory diseases and conditions. People grew thyme in gardens and gathered it in the countryside. When the Black Death took hold of Europe in the 1340s, people would wear posies of thyme for protection. Scientific research does not support this specific use but has shown thyme to have a range of medicinal properties that modern people can put to beneficial use. Forms People can use the fresh leaves of thyme in teas and in cooking and sometimes place them between layers of linen to protect the fabric from insects. Thyme’s essential oil, usually referred to as “oil of thyme,” contains between 20 percent and 60 percent thymol. Manufacturers extract oil of thyme for a range of uses, including scenting soaps and as an ingredient in deodorant. People have used oil of thyme as both an antiseptic and an insect repellent. Thymol is a common meat preservative, and olive farmers often combine thymol into the oil that preserves olives in the Mediterranean. Unlike the fresh leaves, a person cannot consume essential oils by mouth or apply it directly to the skin. Dilute oil of thyme in a carrier oil, such as olive oil.

Love story
Why this strange thing happened with me! I'm standing from dawn. Incomprehensible tension, the morning is uncertainly in the morning. In the morning, I've fallen out of the morning with mobile phones and wallet. For the face. I was not looking back. Where is the mother's 'coming?' 'As I am going to', 'Asking mother' came down to the stairs. I started walking without getting anybody in Ezibyk or Rickshe. From the pocket Finding the mobile phone and see the image to save the gallery in the gallery. Every time you see another kind of good look. Yet, I am looking forward to seeing your name directly on the pages of the newspaper. 2. I used to try to write taste stories since reading in college. But there was no time to think about science's complex-solid textbooks. Most stories did not get the consequences. In the middle time, the writing was not on the head. When I was a little fond of admission in the university, again with unfinished stories, I sat down. I also wrote a few words in the same story. From there, I used to find a story in a story every day, every day in the mobile phone, I found your name. Ending the long waiting Today has been printed today. I have not been able to get e-papers on the mobile phone, but I do not have to read the printing letter on paper. Staying for more than an hour long for the newspaper. But today the magazine will not be found here! 3. Only one For the purchase of the magazine, I came to the city for twenty-five kilometers. But it does not seem to be unusual or excessive at all. The passage from the bus and go to the magazine stall. There is no crowd of people around the stairs. An elderly in the stale of the newspaper With reluctance, the leaves of the magazine are looking at me. I just think that he is looking for my story! Just before I reach the stall, a girl rickshaw dropped a few magazines and bought a magazine. The magazine vendor finds the foca tooth after seeing my rush, 'I understand, today the lottery draws. I'm not in the match. Do not bind the lottery winter. Today, I did not see the winter.' There was no change in the words of the man. I have another width He laughed. 'The magazine does not get Az and I do not get a copy.' The girl has increased the legs. 'I ran to go away. I looked at me and stood at me. My chest Inside the inside of the freedo! I wanted to know about the voice of the voice -' You're here? '' I have come here? '' I am. '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' '' "When we used to be a batch, I often had your bookpaper. I did not know why I used to do. One day I got a clear writing in a book. I took a few lines well. Waiting for a few lines. Waiting from a few lines For today's day." That means you are waiting for before me? '' Yes, I had faith. With the rest of the word. Before that I have read his eyes. There is a good color of love there. Relief, faith, motivation and most valuable fertilizer love! When I sat down to dress up as a bride after dealing with a lot of conflicts in my mind, the knots in my sari, it was getting dark. New sarees, jewelry, how many gifts, how many people, yes, I am the center of everything, it is wrong to say that I was not happy to see it. But in the midst of so much joy there was a fierce infighting at work. One reason is that I don't know the person with whom I am going to spend my whole life.
