5. Post Purchase Behavior

Most businesses think that when their consumers buy their product, that is the last stage of the consumer buying process. But it’s not, You have to make sure that you provide support and a return plan as well.

So when they do not get what they expected, then they easily return the product. It makes your consumers satisfied with you. So whenever they buy your product, they know that. They have the option to return it if it is not what they want.
