Vocal Writing: Addictive Hobby Or What?
Publishing On Vocal Makes Me Feel Better. Is That Wrong?

Introduction
Since I started properly on Vocal I have published at least one story every day, and no matter what that story or poem is, it makes me feel better in myself.
Am I An Addict?
I don't know. When I go away on a weekend break I am away from a computer and the ability to write stories on Vocal. I make notes in Google Docs but never publish when I am away on short breaks.
When I come back to Facebook and Vocal and all the notifications I do feel overwhelmed, but the fact that I do that implies (to me) that I am not addicted.
I am very lucky that almost anything can inspire me, and I have come up with a couple of concepts "Plagiaristic Poetry" and "Thoughtpieces" that people love reading but, I am the only writer I know on Vocal using these forms. I am putting my "Thoughtpieces" together for my latest self-published book. It will appear on Amazon here when it is published which will be this weekend.
I am ten poems away from my thousandth on Vocal, so I am not short of material for anthologies.
There are people who flood my notifications with poems and drabbles which I can't possibly read, but they are supportive of me so I do try and drop it and give them a read or too, I try to be supportive and reciprocal with everyone.
I also try to share stories I like in Facebook Groups. Paul Stewart pushed one of mine but I think my name meant it was a No-No for Vocal, but I have to thank Paul for making me feel appreciated.
Mother Coombs (Sharon) shares a lot of my stories in the Facebook Group she helps to administer
There are a few others who share my work and I truly appreciate that.
Conclusion
I don't think I am addicted, I just put a lot of energy into my writing. I may be manic/depressive but I am so much more manic than depressive.
There is a lot more to come from me.
This morning I published a piece of "Plagiaristic Poetry" and I have many scenarios that could result in more of them. They may also be anthologised at some point.
The music is a stunning take on Jimi Hendrix's "Manic Depression" by Seal and Jeff Beck, which is sort of appropriate for me.
