Vocal Have A Chat Option For Issues

Introduction

Michelle Liew Tsui-Lin informed me of this in a conversation today. Like Alyson her issues were partly uppercase letters in her email address.

When you click, you get this

I've sent a request; they said they will get back to me in a day. We shall see.

No response after two days. This is a two-minute job. Looking like another way to give us hope and then ignoring us.

Screenshots from the original message and this morning. Three days, zero response. I can see this disappearing.

Conclusion

If you say you are providing a service, it HAS TO WORK. While Vocal have not advertised or promoted this, it should be functional.

Then again, it's like the Vocal Status page, another great idea that goes unused. There have been NO issues for the last ninety days (or even longer).

Addendum

It has taken four days, but Vocal have responded. The previous chat has been cleared, but here is the Email.

Dharsheena has also had a response; this is great news. We have a chat function for issues that works.

It looks like the chat function is being developed to give the user options, even asking for new features; that's another plus.
