Transformation: Embracing a New Chapter in Your Life

All of the negative emotional spirals and events in our lives are caused by the limiting beliefs that other people have ingrained in our minds about who we are, as well as the internal critical discourse we engage in about ourselves. These beliefs have their origins in a number of internal psychological issues that keep us from adopting an abundance mindset. It's critical to rewire our brains and reprogram our mindsets so that we can appreciate the circumstances we already have and are blessed with, rather than dwelling on past experiences or feeling unlucky or lacking.

There are times where we feel stuck, unmotivated and dissatisfied with the life we are currently living and are unhappy with our present existence. If this is how you feel and want to transform your life into the best version of you, here are certain steps that you can follow to become your best version.

1)Take care of your physical health- As we exist in a hustle culture, our roles demand us to be multifaceted in our careers and contribute to adding up on our stress. As a result, we neglect the care and scrutiny our body needs. To become your highest version, it is important to be healthy and take care of yourself

2) Take care of your mental health- It is very important to take care and work on your mental health

  • Be very mindful of who you spend your time with
  • Prioritize yourself and self care everyday
  • Learn to have an abundance Mindset - Go into every situation thinking what if it turns to be better than I could have ever imagined
  • Embrace Detachment - Stop taking everything personally . If someone gives you hard time they must be so insecure and upset with themselves to give me a hard time

5) Get uncomfortable- Step out of your comfort zone and do things that scare you the most

6)Social Media Detox- Go on a social media detox once every week

3)Actionable steps

1)Create a vision board on how your ideal self looks like

  • -Their habits
  • -The career they have
  • -Their style, personality, income etc.

4) Commit to learning something new and commit to it.

  • Invest in yourself and a high income skill
  • Learn more through books, courses, videos etc.

5) Romanticising life technique - Romanticize your life and find beauty in every day of your mundane routine

-My personal way of romanticizing my life is dedicating a particular time of the day to self reflection and journaling

6)Obsession beats talent- Become obsessed with becoming a better version of yourself in every area of your life

  • . Commit to a high income skill and learn more about it every single day
  • -Scrutinise where you are in your life right now and then mark down the areas you want to improve on
  • Then create a plan with a timelined goal and steps to achieve it.

7)Be delusional and know that are you responsible for your life and happiness - Remember that no one is coming to save you and you can literally achieve anything you set your mind to if you are ready to work for it. The only person holding you back is you and once you truly realize that and start working towards yourself, that is where the magic starts.

8)Eduacate yourself and invest in things that upgrade you

  • -Network with people
  • -Find the right community who supports you
  • -Engage in high quality content
  • -Prioritizing your side hustle and have multiple sources of Income
  • -Become Financially Aware
