Harry Potter’s birthday has come and gone, but only a pittance of votes have been cast. I can’t help thinking this is due to my vast unpopularity, but please don’t deprive other creators from receiving votes for their challenge entries, all fantastic stories related to absurd laws. In hopes of the entrants receiving more votes (more entries than votes as of now), I’m extending the voting period until it at least breaks even.

The Art of Writing on Vocal
A couple of days ago, I was talking with a friend about art, which is a subject I don't discuss much these days. It just doesn't come up in conversations with the family and Pam and I don't socialize much since our artist's group stopped getting together. I'm still a member of a Panhandle photographers' group, but we don't go to meetings anymore. There was some bad blood. I'll just leave it at that.

We have an opportunity to read enlightening, educational, funny, titillating, shocking, horrifying poems, stories, and articles for free. Unlimited reading. Where else can you get that, other than libraries? Vocal pieces are lower time commitments than reading books.

I'm Back!
I didn't die, or quit, or drop off the face of the earth. The update required a new picture of my expired ID. I don't drive, I have a non-driver's license/ State ID, so I didn't think much of it when I realized it had expired. Then, when I got around to doing it, I found that I needed my Marriage license to complete the application, which I no longer had. My mother stole the first one, so I ordered a new one near the beginning of the year, only to promptly forget to actually get it renewed.

Can Any Vocal Creator Who Cannot Get Verified Leave A Comment On This Piece?
Introduction Every link on my Vocal profile fails. It has been like this for three weeks. I have been a verified Vocal and Stripe member for five years, but Vocal have now stopped my connection to Stripe, so I cannot request a withdrawal or get tips that other creators send me. When you think about it, this is theft.
