In light of the assault on Israel, Tel Aviv sent off a counterattack on Iran. Iran said the assault was restricted. Tel Aviv couldn't hurt them.
The full degree of the most recent assault is yet to be known, and it isn't yet known whether Iran will answer. Tel Aviv has not yet recognized the assault.
The BBC's security journalist, Straightforward Gardner, portrayed Friday's assault as "exceptionally restricted in scale and done in a way that didn't raise strains".
Also, the BBC's foreign relations manager, Jeremy Bowen, accepts that some of the Israeli Head of state Benjamin Netanyahu's commanders and political partners are compelling him not to go into struggle with Iran.
Also, the US and other Western partners were under extraordinary tension on Israel not to make any strides that would turn the continuous shadow battle between the two nations into a through-and-through war.
It just so happens, that when Israel said on Saturday night that it would answer Iran's assault on Tel Aviv, Iran was fully on guard.
