In the zoo's vibrant setting, a couple strolled hand in hand,

Observing creatures, and the love they grand.

A monkey caught their eye, with his playful, passionate display,

The wife cooed, "How romantic!" in a loving way.

Next, they chanced upon a lion, sitting solo and still,

His lioness apart, his demeanor chill.

The wife whispered, "How sad, a loveless sight."

But the husband wisely said, "Let's test their love tonight."

He asked her to toss a stone at the lioness with care,

And watch the lion's response, to see if love was truly there.

The lion roared to life, defending his mate with might,

Proving his love was genuine, a true heart's delight.

But when they tried the same with the monkey's playful pair,

He fled in fear, leaving his mate to face the danger there.

The husband gently taught his wife a valuable lesson that day,

"Don't be fooled by outward romance, for true love comes in many ways.

"Some may show off grandly, but hide an empty heart,

While others may seem calm, but their love is a work of art.

In a world where many mimic love, but few truly feel,

Always follow your heart, and don't be deceived by romance's zeal."

This sweet story teaches us to look beyond the show,

To find true love that's genuine, and a heart that truly glows.
