Commence slowly, taking a deep breath, appreciating earthly pleasures including seeing light and dark; noticing nature’s beat as well studying various facial expressions worn by humans amongst others.

3.Appreciate Isolation: In today’s super-connected planet, it’s difficult to find peace and quiet. However, peace and quiet are usually the instances when individuals have the most enlightening thoughts. In every day you should create some private time in your life even if it means just walking alone every morning or taking some few minutes for meditation without disturbance. Let your mind go far afield; you might be amazed at what springs forth from it.
4.Having a copybook or a camera: It is worth recording what is on your mind, sometimes drawing something else sometimes, taking photos in order for you might prefer any kind at different periods of time. By doing so we would be collecting various elements that inspire us into creative work.

Be a member of a talented group, go to workshops, or make friends by talking to somebody during an exhibition. Cooperation and friendship make a project interesting.
In conclusion, inspiration is not rare, but lies in each of us. It is not reserved to the few and it is not a gift that comes once in a life time; it is an everyday thing that anyone can tap into. To get inspiration from within yourself or from objects around you, there are a lot of things you can do including cultivating awareness, seeking out new experiences, embracing solitude, capturing moments of wonder, connecting with others, and practicing gratitude.
