1. What is a Vacation?

Too much work, and too little time for yourself will make you weary.

Have you ever been in a rut and nearly lost your temperament—

without provocation or intent?

This is not because you are having a nervous breakdown. This is because you need a invigorating moment of restoration. Everyone needs an extended break, and the frequency should be more than yearly.

Constantly being immersed in a world of thinking only academically and rationally—

will inevitably lead to a declination in your emotional well-being gradually.

For others, it can lead to behaving erratically.

For some, it can lead to insanity.

That’s why vacations are important

2. Traveling and the effect it has on your mental health.

It’s amazing how meeting new people, experiencing new things, and basking in new environments can take away all of these unpleasant emotions single-handedly without professional counseling.

Traveling is an essential part of human nature.

Because we are people of the stars represented by various zodiac signs, the human race was designed to travel intergalactically.

Can lions be lions in apartments?

Can welders be welders working in a supermarket?

Whenever you deprive anyone or anything from its natural habitat, or essential social behaviors, their psyche and emotional stability will decline dramatically.

That is why it should be a constant practice for employers worldwide to require employees to take vacations periodically, occasionally, frequently or sporadically.

Getting to the core contributor of one’s mental health issue is a constant duel.

We have home loans, small business loans, and loans you can obtain to go to school.

But to ease stress and restore one’s mental health, why isn’t vacationing a integral tool…?

Why don’t we have a programs for vacations so you can maintain your sanity and not act a fool?

So that charming vacations are accessible to everyone, there should be programs for everyone to be able to afford a meaningful vacation financially.

This will change one’s mental health, overall performance, and personal perspective, substantially.

This can be accomplished through T.R.A.V.E.L.

T.R.A.V.E.L. means to:

Totally Release All Volatile Emotions Legitimately

It is a means to release all discontent and negative energy, without the use of physical aggression, verbal belligerence, and other methods used to express violent tendencies.

3. The effects vacation has on your emotional well being

Sight seeing can positively impact one’s state of being.

The experience is rejuvenating —giving you an in depth sense of freeing.

It releases tension and promotes easing.

The feeling is like being constricted and releasing tension within one’s bladder when moving your bowels, or peeing.

We are already involuntary prisoners of the forces of gravity.

So why make travel expensive — subjecting humanity to voluntary continental imprisonment?

People that travel are full of life, and express themselves avidly,

while those that are not able to travel cannot express themselves enthusiastically.

4. Call To Action: Make Vacations Affordable

Whether it is a doctor, politician, professor, scientist, historian, a mental health professional and others across the globe in an official capacity

they will not openly admit these words has veracity.

If they do desire to strike a debate I will be more than willing to rebut with pugnacity.

But as expected, they may debate and respond with mendacity—

unable to ascertain reasons for their arguments with the inability to express their statements elaborately,

thinking since their education and degrees are approved by a notable board of faculty it makes them right, all because they are above average scholastically.

To visit some parts of the world the prices are too high; this makes these regions unexplorable.

The cost of travel is deplorable.

The sad thing is, some of us will never be able to look beyond a TV screen to actually see the things that we deem as adorable.

If traveling has been proven to positively impact one’s physical being and mental health, then why not make vacationing affordable?
