Nature is medicine to a louder mind

There's something special about Nature. Of course, she brings life to earth. Oxygen, rebirth, life, pure air. Nature is a gift, the place where we can truly connect ourselves to ourselves. So when you feel overwhelmed, go into Nature by yourself, take some time to walk, breathe, and listen to her sound.

When I was little, I always was very quiet, but with a louder mind. So once in and while, my grandpa and cousins used to go hiking, walking, and just chasing Brown, the dog who was leading us into the mystery of Nature.

Then, one Sunday, we went to the big parking to walk. Brown was running wild and free, my cousins following him, and me and my grandpa, walking while he was trying to teach me the plants' names that I clearly don't remember anymore. I was also excited to go run following my cousins, but the happy expression on my grandpas' face telling me about the plants made me stay walking behind. The only thing that I remember him telling was, "look, if you go running into nature, and somehow you lost yourself, just stay still, do not panic running around, calm down your mind, and listen to the nature, and you will prob hear brown and the cousins, also of course yell for help". I was like yeah, yeah, thanks, I will run now.

As he said, I get lost in that dense forest, because I was running and too far behind to find brown and my cousins, and lost my grandpa of sight. Who cleary was to calm and trusted I was going to find my cousins. So, well, I did panic, and then, I thought that any minute a big bear or tiger was going coming out of that big trees and Bushs. I was yelling for 5 minutes, and I could not listen to anyone. But then I remembered the only thing my grandpa told me. I sat down, and brown show up, and my cousins. By the way, I am not telling anyone to sit down if you ever get lost, do not do that; yell for help. Anyway. My cousins asked me," where were you?" "I was like, I don't know". They continued running into the forest, and I realized what my grandpa wanted to say. If you ever get lost, just listen to yourself. That's why silence is so important, and Nature will teach you that when your mind gets louder and there are too many clouds telling that there are bears and tigers into the burst. Be still, and sit down because Nature is the best teacher for a louder mind.

Nature has a special way to teach the human being to quiet the mind and listen to yourself.

Well, if you do not like Nature, I would recommend you go to the beach, so if you don't like the beach, I would recommend you go clean your house.

But for those's who like Nature and don't like it. Get someday into a walk by yourselves, make sure to carry a compass, in case you get lost, and just listen to her sound.

Learn to be still is a power that only Nature can teach you.

Quiet is peace. Tranquility. Quiet is turning down the volume knob on life. Silence is pushing the off button. Shutting it down. All of it. - Amir"

― Khaled Hosseini

"Silence is only frightening to people who are compulsively verbalizing."

― William S. Burroughs.

Learn to be still is a power that only nature can teach you.
