Singapore is a thriving metropolis in Southeast Asia. It's a small but strong country with a myriad of destinations that would make your dreams come alive. One would think that the country has an affinity for rules due to the multitude of strict regulations and laws in place. But in the long run, these rules have contributed to the thriving country that it is today. Thinking of heading out to Singapore? Read on to discover how to prepare a three-day itinerary for a successful holiday experience.

Day One

The key to a successful holiday is to limit the number of places that you plan to visit in a day. With kids in the equation, you should consider the travel time and the duration to stay in one place and plan accordingly. Make sure you check for a Singapore hotel promotion before you make reservations at any hotel. During your first day in Singapore, you can organise something fun for the kids. Instead of directly going on a sightseeing tour, why not spark the children's interest in an enjoyable trip to Sentosa Island. Let the kids kick off the holiday with an adrenaline rush by whooshing through the Pipeline Plunge of the Adventure Cove Waterpark™. How about a gravity-fuelled ride at the Skyline Luge! Whizz through the air on your luge cart for a fun-filled experience. After the bonding experience at Sentosa Island, you and your loved ones would crave some peace and change of scenery. Your dreams await at Gardens by the Bay, a majestic nature park like no other that would make you think of all the fairy tales from childhood. Clasp hands with your loved ones and stroll among the futuristic-looking supertrees that towers above everything. The conceptual arrangements of the lush flora would enthrall your senses. Do make sure to collect some memories at this enchanting location by snapping some beautiful clicks of your family. Once hunger strikes your family, this place has a solution for that too. Walk over to Supertree Dining, where you will be exposed to a fascinating array of dining options. The evening would call for some idle time after a day of activity. Ideally, go for a stroll to the scenic Marina Bay, which lies in the proximity of properties such as Grand Park Orchard.

Day Two

During your second day, give way to your inner shopaholics and head straight to the Orchard Road! The adults can have a fabulous time browsing through the myriad of shopping centres and small boutiques available. As for kids, they can have the time of their lives at the play areas nearby. However, it seems that Orchard Road is not all about shopping. The bored bookworms can enjoy a bit of solitude among the curvy bookshelves in a library, which is near the Orchard Gateway. Moreover, the teenagers looking for high-octane activities can walk over to Orchard Central to climb the Via Ferrata, the tallest indoor climbing wall in Singapore. When your stomachs start screaming, drag yourselves down to the PS. Café at Harding Road, which is just nine minutes away from the Orchard Gateway. Although the Martin Road outlet is closer than the Dempsey outlet, the latter has a garden where your kids can have fun. It is the ideal place to tuck into a delicious steak sandwich and beer-battered fish and chips. As the sky dims itself, treat your family to a strikingly beautiful scenery by getting aboard on the Singapore Flyer. The gigantic Ferris wheel would offer you mesmerising panoramic views of the city.

Day Three

For the final hurrah, take the kids away from the city and embark on a journey with nature. You can have a wonderful time at Singapore Zoo, which has many accolades under its belt for its 26-hectare wildlife park that houses over 2400 free-roaming animals from near and far. Let your kids get up close and personal with giraffes by feeding them. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the unique "jungle breakfast" offered at this location while Orangutan's swing right above your heads! With excellent photo opportunities and a never-ending array of enthralling rides, the Singapore Zoo is where you should take your family for a marvellous experience. After a day of touring the Singapore Zoo, it is sensible to opt for an attraction closeby as the kids would be close to getting tired at this point. Located right next to the zoo is the Night Safari, which would take you on the world's first-ever nocturnal safari among 900 animal species. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant before embarking on this magnificent journey of a lifetime.
