The Vibration Conversation Goes Both Ways

If you believe everyone creates their own reality, perpetrators need to look in the fucking mirror and ask what reality they are creating.

If you insist that everyone creates their own reality, then the conversation cannot stop with the victim.

Your victim did not create the reality of your choices. You did.

You raped. You abused. You cheated. You lied. You violated boundaries. You stole. You manipulated. You intimidated. You betrayed.

Those are your choices.

And if we are going to use manifestation language, then perhaps it is time to ask the person causing the destruction a question they rarely seem interested in answering:

What reality are you creating?

Because the reality you create through abuse is not some abstract metaphysical playground where you get to declare yourself innocent.

It has consequences.

The cops get called.

People leave.

Relationships collapse.

Children distance themselves.

Friends disappear.

Employers find out.

Courts become involved.

Trust evaporates.

And eventually, you can create such a massive trail of destruction that you cannot comfortably enter the world as yourself anymore.

A person who repeatedly chooses deception creates a reality in which maintaining an honest public identity becomes increasingly difficult. The truth about their own history becomes something they have to conceal, minimize, reframe, or joke about in order to gain access to other people. They don’t get to erase the consequences simply because they refuse to disclose the choices that produced them.

So what happens?

You mask.

You omit.

You manipulate.

You tell half-truths.

You manufacture confusion.

You make your worst behavior into jokes.

You present yourself as someone other than the person whose choices created the wreckage behind you.

You tell your victim that she created her reality while refusing to look directly at the reality you created.

You created the betrayal.

You created the fear.

You created the consequences.

You created the broken relationships.

You created the distrust.

You created the chaos.

And then you point at the person standing in the wreckage and tell her that her vibration caused the earthquake.

No.

If your philosophy is that people create their own reality, then you do not get a metaphysical exemption from your own behavior.

Your choices are creating your reality too.

And misogyny is creating a reality.

Patriarchy is creating a reality.

Violence against women is creating a reality.

A reality where women are exhausted and afraid.

A reality where women compare notes.

A reality where women recognize patterns.

A reality where women leave.

A reality where women become financially independent.

A reality where women stop explaining.

A reality where women stop protecting men’s reputations at the expense of their own lives.

A reality where women say:

Enough.

And here is the part nobody seems to anticipate.

The reality created by generations of oppression is not necessarily the permanent reality of the oppressed.

We are changing it.

Our nervous systems have been trained by generations of threat, accommodation, silence, and fawning. We have been outnumbered, constrained, punished, disbelieved, institutionalized, controlled, exploited, and told to remain pleasant while surviving the consequences.

But anger is motion.

Anger is information.

Anger is a voice leaving the body.

Anger can become action.

And collective feminine rage can become creation.

Safety.

Unity.

Boundaries.

Art.

Law.

Community.

Economic independence.

New language.

New systems.

A new world.

So yes, perhaps the vibration is rising.

But not because victims finally learned to vibrate correctly.

It is rising because people are waking up.

Because women are comparing experiences.

Because survivors are finding language.

Because silence is breaking.

Because the fawn response is no longer the only available response.

We are climbing out of unconsciousness.

And what is being born from that awakening is bigger than revenge.

It is the integration of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine: compassion with boundaries, love with discernment, intuition with action, receptivity with protection, power without domination.

The people who created the chaos do not get to decide what grows from its ruins.

They created the conditions.

We are creating what comes next.

So when someone tells a victim, “You created your own reality,” perhaps the appropriate response is:

Look in the fucking mirror.

What reality are you creating?

Because the reality of your choices belongs to you.

The consequences belong to you.

And the reality I create from surviving you belongs to me.

You created your reality.
You violated mine.
And I take back my agency to create what comes next.

Maybe that is the vibration conversation going both ways.

You created your reality.

I will create mine.

And perhaps, without ever intending to, you helped create the new Earth.
