The Letter Project

Let's start off with what The Letter project is.

It is letters that are given to young girls and women who need some extra kindness.

This organization is a faith-based organization, but you do not have to be religious to be a part of The Letter Project

I discovered The Letter Project while trying to find something that was specifically for writing letters. Technology has taken over the regular way of sending letters and I missed the classic way of using a paper and pen.

Young girls and women have been taught at a young age to be ashamed of who we are, but The Letter Project helps create a community strong and powerful for girls and women worldwide.

I personally have endured many struggles in my life and if I knew about The Letter Project sooner I would have requested letters. I think it is a great opportunity and helps people by creating support for when times are tough in different aspects of their lives.

This organization gives individuals opportunities for meeting new people and sharing kindness with the simplicity of writing a letter for 1,2,3, and or more people who need some love.

Words are powerful and more women should be supporting each other, especially in this fast-paced world.

The mission of the letter project is a positive experience of women collaborating and building each other up.

One-hundred countries are so far apart of this movement, which is just the start of growing this wonderful experience worldwide.

The experience of writing letters personally for me has been wonderful,and I have loved the opportunities the letter project has created for me. Self-love I find can be hard to tell myself, but with the positivity this community gives is a great experience for the writer and receiver.

Hosting writing nights has also created a great experience of meeting like-minded individuals that want to help and has helped with my writing skills as well.

The letter project has created great gifts, such as an apparel line which is a nice reminder of how great women and young girls are in the world supporting each other.

The project also creates so many opportunities for young girls and women to be involved through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and email. Donating through buying the clothing and or giving money is also a great way to help.

It creates a safe space for girls and women to be listened to and gives them the opportunity to even make new friends!

The Letter Project creates a strong message for girls and women to let them know they aren't alone when they feel alone.

I enjoy how creative I can be with my letters and I can look through templates to help me relate to all different types of age groups. I started using my coloring book pages and wrote a letter on the back of my pictures I have colored and I can write with anything I want and create a unique letter for each and every young girl and woman.

This is an organization that should be recognized for its outstanding work for creating a positive influence and opportunities within such a fast-paced world.

I am Canadian and I hope in the future that more Canadians will join The Letter Project movement with me!

This has created an impact and the impact it is creating is amazing and I hope this kindness becomes known worldwide.

Writing these letters has also taught me that I need to be kinder to myself and believe that I am a strong woman too!
